Boerne Police Department 

July 31 

8:54 a.m., at Bandera Road/Second Street – A runner reported finding a baggie filled with a white powder near a fire hydrant. After further examining the bag, the caller found it was only napkins. 

12:33 p.m., 100 block of Bluebonnet Circle – A person came in to discuss someone who was harassing them. 

1:59 p.m., 300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported they had video surveillance of a vehicle being stolen earlier that day. 

10:42 p.m., on Christus Parkway/I-10 W – EMS was called to the scene for a subject who had been detained and was fighting the responding parties. 

August 1 

12:22 a.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A woman reported a scam she suspected was occurring. 

1:56 a.m., 600 block of River Road – A caller reported an open door at a vacant house. Law enforcement cleared the location. 

2:45 a.m., 100 block of Pilsen Drive – A caller reported his vehicle was broken into the previous day. 

2:47 p.m., mile marker 543 W. Interstate 10 – Three small fires were reported on the side of the road. Boerne FD responded and extinguished the fires. 

August 2 

12:36 a.m., 32000 block of E. I-10 – A field sobriety test was done on a driver, who was detained, and a blood draw was done. 

7:50 a.m., 200 block of Cinnamon Creek – A caller reported shingles stolen from a construction site. 

9:43 a.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller requested assistance with a trespasser, who had a history of shoplifting from the location. 

10:24 a.m., on Herff Road/Main Street – A male was detained after a traffic stop. 

1:31 p.m., 100 block of Tiltwood Court – A woman reported a male walking around the neighborhood who came to her front door. The caller added that the man appeared to be disoriented and was doing odd things. 

3:49 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported that she had purchased money orders the previous day and had left them in a shopping cart. She said a male found them and called her.  

5:33 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported a male at the location who had a history of stealing from the location. The male was later detained.  

August 3 

6:50 a.m., 1200 block of S. Main Street – An employee reported he had found a blear baggy full of “powder stuff.” 

7:09 a.m., 100 block of Commerce Avenue – An employee reported their vehicle had been stolen from the location. 

8:53 a.m., 100 block of W. Bandera Road – A business owner reported a vehicle had been there for a few days and expressed concern. 

4:09 p.m., 100 block of First Street – A female was detained after a traffic stop and probable cause search was conducted. 

August 4 

9:00 a.m., 100 block of Benton Drive – A caller reported his wife and kids had climbed on top of a vehicle due to several dogs being aggressive toward them. 

8:18 p.m., 200 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a male at the location who was making the caller feel uncomfortable. 

August 5 

6:01 a.m., mile marker 539 W. I-10 – A motorist reported being rear-ended and needed medical assistance. Wreckers were called for the vehicle. 

7:25 a.m., 1400 block of River Road – A probable cause search was conducted during a traffic stop. The subject was detained and taken to the emergency room and a wrecker was called. 

10:22 a.m., 100 block of Breamoor – A caller made a report about an assault.  

2:35 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported a male walking around the area, talking to himself and looking in vehicles. 

August 6 

5:17 a.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported that someone had been charging things to her credit card without her consent. 

5:20 a.m., 100 block of Benton – A vehicle was reported to have an open door. The owner was contacted; they inspected the vehicle to see if anything was missing. 

10:36 a.m., 100 block of Dovetail Street – A caller reported she could smell gas inside her home. Boerne FD came to the location and found the oven had been left on for tater tots. 

1:30 p.m., 31000 block of W. I-10 – A caller receiving a phone call from a customer who threatened to shoot their window. 

Fair Oaks Ranch Police Department 

July 22 

— Law enforcement made contact with a suspicious vehicle found in the 7000 block of Pimlico Lane. They found everything to be secure. 

— An officer assisted a female who was being chased by a dog near Royal Ascot and Rocking Horse. 

— A fawn was reported to be stuck in the fence in the Mandetta/Sumpter Drive area. An animal control officer came to the location and freed the fawn. 

— A fire was reported at Equestrian/Pimlico. It was found that power lines were down. Officers blocked the roadway to assist with traffic until CPS Energy crews arrived.

July 23 

— Suspicious circumstances were reported to be occurring at the area of Ralph Fair Road/Honeycomb Rock. 

— A theft was reported in the 8000 block of Dietz Elkhorn Road. 

— A resident in the 7000 Blk Dietz Elkhorn Road reported a scam. 

— An animal call was reported for a lost small black dog in the 7000 block of Fair Oaks Parkway. 

— A gas leak was found in the 8000 block Shady Gate. An officer arrived at the location and made sure all occupants were out of the residence. Leon Springs FD arrived and shut off the gas. 

July 24 

— Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 28000 block of Riva Ridge Drive. Officers contacted the male subject and found that everything was OK. 

— An animal call was reported in the 9000 block of Raintree Spur for a lost dog. 

— A suspicious vehicle was reported to be in the 7000 block of Pimlico Lane. Officers found that everything was OK. 

July 25 

— An animal call around Dietz Elkhorn Road and Ralph Fair Road was for a loose dog. Law enforcement located the dog and returned it home. 

— A disturbance was reported in the 8000 block of Fair Oaks Parkway. A male subject was transported to a local hospital. 

— An instance of disorderly conduct was reported in the 9000 block of Fair Oaks Parkway. Law enforcement found that everything was OK. 

July 26 

— An animal call was made in the 29000 block of Cibolo Court for a baby possum in the caller’s yard. The animal control officer informed the caller the city does not trap wildlife. 

— A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 9000 block of Fair Oaks Parkway. Law enforcement officers found everything was OK. 

— An animal call was made for the 8000 block of Fair Oaks Parkway for a loose dog. The dog was caught then transported to the Boerne Animal Shelter. 

— An officer contacted a caller in the 8000 block of Willow Wind Drive and confirmed they accidentally dialed 911.  

July 27 

— An animal call was reported for the 31000 block of Rexon Circle for a dead cat in the caller’s yard. Per the caller’s request, law enforcement relocated the carcass to the back of the caller’s yard. 

— An officer observed a vehicle with its hazard lights on in the 29000 Blk Ralph Fair Road. An officer contacted the occupants and found everything was OK. 

July 28 

— A dead deer was reported in the 30000 block of Cibolo Trace, in the greenbelt. An animal control officer was notified to pick up the carcass. 

— An ambulance was called for a male in the 30000 block of Setterfeld Circle. He was transported to a local hospital. 

— A vehicle accident was reported in the 29000 block of Ralph Fair Road. 

— Law enforcement assisted an individual in the 29000 block of Cibolo Court for a fire alarm. Law enforcement stayed in the location until Boerne FD arrived and assisted the caller. 

Kendall County Sheriff’s Office 

July 31 

3:03 a.m., 100 block of Kasper Drive – A caller reported someone on his Ring doorbell appeared to be trying to open the door to the caller’s residence while wearing gloves and a mask. 

10:58 a.m., 100 block of High Point Ranch – A caller reported a realtor had reached out to him, impersonating the caller and attempting to sell the caller’s lot. 

2:20 p.m., 200 block of Miraval – A caller reported materials were stolen from three construction sites in the area. 

6:04 p.m., on High Street – A caller reported his ex-girlfriend had climbed the fence and trespassed on the caller’s property. 

August 1 

6:59 a.m., at FM 3351/Rio Cordillera – A caller with a security company reported that an 18-wheeler was trying to get into a construction site in the subdivision. The caller was unsure if the driver had a driver’s license and wanted law enforcement to confirm. 

9:45 a.m., 100 block of Mariposa Parkway – A caller was concerned about a water truck that they suspected of stealing water from a fire hydrant. 

9:58 a.m., 10 block of Thunder Valley Road – A longhorn was reported to be roaming about, excited for the end of the week. 

6:42 p.m., 100 block of Escondido – A caller reported finding an air tag in their child’s shoe. It was found to be a domestic issue. 

August 2 

12:36 a.m., 32000 block of E. I-10 – A field sobriety test was conducted during a traffic stop. The driver was detained. 

9:19 a.m., 100 block of Ranch Drive – A caller reported a trapped skunk who was requesting a ride out of there. 

9:56 a.m., 200 block of Miraval – A caller reported about $1,750 worth of materials had been stolen from the construction site. 

10:10 a.m., 200 block of Sentido – A caller reported someone had stolen about $770 worth of materials from a construction site. 

9:27 p.m., 100 block of Oak Bluff Boulevard – A caller reported a male who shattered her windshield and damaged other areas of her vehicle. 

August 3 

9:22 a.m., 200 block of S. FM 3351 – A caller reported a tire in the road, causing a traffic hazard. 

10:39 p.m., 900 block of E. Highway 46 – A caller reported a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. No criminal activity was found; law enforcement found it was just two adults taking a nap. 

10:55 p.m., mile marker 524 E. I-10 – A caller reported an 18-wheeler had a tire blowout on the interstate. The vehicle was successfully able to get off the road. 

August 4 

12:12 a.m., on Scenic Loop Road – A driver was detained and taken into custody after a traffic stop. 

8:07 a.m., 100 block of Resty Run – A caller reported he had trapped a fox on his property. 

9:03 a.m., 100 block of Thunder Valley Road – A caller reported a bull on his property who was harassing the caller’s other animals. An hour later, the caller reported the bull had left the property, apparently finding two buddies to walk with. 

9:59 a.m., 200 block of Scarlet Ridge Drive – A caller reported a fox, in their backyard, was acting odd. 

10:25 p.m., 37000 block of E. I-10 – A store manager reported a woman sitting outside the store harassing and yelling at the customers. 

8:39 p.m., 10100 block of North Creek Road – A caller reported a loose donkey roaming around the area. 

August 5 

5:29 p.m., 100 block of Daniel Drive – A caller reported they caught a dog who was bothering the caller’s chickens. 

7:43 p.m., on Comanche Trail – A caller reported a deer was stuck in a fence. 

11:29 p.m., 100 block of Stonegate – An officer responded to a report on a vehicle with an open door. 

August 6 

 10:01 a.m., 100 block of Thunder Valley Road – A caller requested assistance with transporting cattle. 

1:06 p.m., 1000 block of Clubs Drive – A manager wanted to speak with an officer about an employee who was suspected of committing fraud. 

5:18 p.m., 100 block of Cantina Sky – A caller reported receiving a phone call from KCSO alleging that the caller’s wife had missed jury duty. 

7:49 p.m., 10 block of FM 1376 – A employee reported a woman walking on the property. It was found to be a resident who lived in the area.
