The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff ’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT
JULY 10
10:35 a.m., 100 block of Telford Way — A resident came into the lobby to report an instance of fraud.
10:43 a.m., 1300 block of Main Street — A caller reported a male who was walking around the parking lot, staring at people.
11:05 a.m., 31000 block of W. Interstate 10 — A caller reported a former employee had threatened sexual assault.
11:59 a.m., 100 block of Ledge Springs — A caller reported someone was supposed to do a home project for them and, despite being paid, never did the work.
1:32 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street — An employee reported a video game system was stolen the previous day.
JULY 11
12:40 a.m., 200 block of Branson Falls — A caller reported someone hacked his granddaughter’s phone and was sending inappropriate pictures.
8:39 a.m., 33000 block of W I-10 — A caller reported a license plate had been stolen.
11:42 a.m., 300 block of Oak Park Drive — A caller reported what looked like an attempted break-in. The caller said a screen door was removed and wood was damaged.
2:36 p.m., Parkway/I-10 W Frontage Road — A two-vehicle accident occurred. One of the occupants sustained back, neck and facial injuries. Multiple other people were injured, requiring EMS to come to the location.
8:18 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road — A caller reported she left her wallet at the register, and the cashier had given it to the wrong person.
JULY 12
6:12 a.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road — A manager reported an employee had been threatened with a firearm. The individual left the location, but the manager provided a description.
7:34 a.m., 100 block of Michelle Lane — A caller reported a vehicle with brown smoke coming out of it. Boerne FD came to the location and extinguished the fire.
12:20 p.m., 100 block of Dusty Corral — A caller reported a vehicle parked in front of her house for the past 24 hours. Law enforcement found the vehicle was parked legally.
2:07 p.m., 300 block of Lake View Drive — A caller reported hearing a dozen gunshots coming from a certain address, in addition to loud music.
3:16 p.m., 34000 block of W. I-10 — A manager reported someone had tampered with a washer and dryer at the location in an attempt to get the quarters.
JULY 13
10:12 a.m., 100 block of Desert Flower — A caller reported her son’s truck had been messed with for the second time in a month, with someone covering it with lunch meat and a milkshake.
11:09 a.m., 400 block of Knoll Springs — A caller reported hearing several gunshots over the course of the previous five minutes.
7:22 p.m., 100 block of E. Kronkosky St. — A caller reported finding two dogs who didn’t have collars.
9:34 p.m., 800 block of Johns Road — A woman was reportedly walking in the road, possibly intoxicated.
JULY 14
8:07 a.m., 200 block of Azalea Trail — A caller reported a family member broke into his house, using a pocketknife to gain entry. The caller said the individual had a history of drug use and had threatened the caller.
12:54 p.m., 100 block of Desert Flower — A caller reported her son’s truck had been egged the previous night.
1:43 p.m., 200 block of Jordan Place — A caller reported her front license plate stolen but was unsure exactly when.
5:57 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street — A caller reported a male who was shoplifting from the location and appeared to be intoxicated. Law enforcement located the male and he was detained.
JULY 15
9:00 a.m., 400 block of Oak Park Drive — A caller reported returning from a walk and finding an unknown vehicle in her driveway.
10:51 a.m., 100 block of Calk Lane — A caller reported receiving a call from someone attempting to collect a debt. The caller was concerned it may be a scam as they had not received an official letter.
11:50 a.m., 1600 block of River Road — A caller reported a vehicle had been keyed while in the parking lot.
3:53 p.m., 300 block of Morningside Drive — A caller reported someone was bullying and harassing them online.
JULY 16
1:21 a.m., 400 block of E. San Antonio Avenue — A house sitter reported a vehicle across the street was flashing his lights at the residence. As the caller was speaking with dispatch, the motorist stopped the activity.
2:31 p.m., 400 block of Lake View Drive — A caller reported a group of teenagers at the park with a substantial amount of alcohol.
4:10 p.m., 100 block of Creekside Terrace — A caller reported a vehicle had been parked in front of the location for over an hour. The caller found the driver and he said he had been soliciting in the area but was leaving.
9:06 p.m., 100 block of Medical Drive — A caller reported a three-foot snake in front of his apartment. The snake was captured and relocated.
FAIR OAKS RANCH POLICE DEPARTMENT
JULY 8
— There were juveniles reported to be “ding dong ditching” around the 8000 block of Calvary. Law enforcement was unable to locate the juveniles.
— An ambulance was called for a woman who fell and hit her head. The woman was transported to a local hospital.
— Law enforcement was contacted for a fawn that was stuck in a fence at the 28000 block of Front Gate. An Animal control officer was able to free the fawn.
— Animal control was contacted for an aggressive fox in the area reported at the 30000 block of Cantor Circle. The caller was provided with some thirdparty options for removing the wildlife.
JULY 9
— Someone reported a firearm was shot at the 30000 block of Setterfeld Circle. It was found that the shots were coming from Camp Bullis Military Installation.
— Suspicious circumstances were reported at the 7000 block of Fair Oaks Parkway. An officer patrolled the area and did not find any criminal activity occurring.
— A driver was reported to be going the wrong way in the 9000 block of Fair Oaks Parkway. An officer came to the area and did not see said driver.
— Two loose dogs were reported in the 8000 block of Monument Oak. An Animal control officer caught one of the dogs but the other got away.
JULY 10
— A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 31000 block of Post Oak Trail. Law enforcement contacted the driver and found everything secure.
— An ambulance was called to the 9000 block of Graford Ridge. A female was transported to a local hospital.
— A low hanging branch was reported to be a traffic hazard in the Fair Oaks Parkway/Royal Ascot area. An officer notified the city maintenance department.
— Two suspicious vehicles were reported on Setterfield Circle. Law enforcement patrolled the area but were unable to locate the vehicles.
JULY 11
— A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 7000 block of Keeneland Drive. An officer contacted the driver and found everything was OK.
— A vehicle was involved in an accident involving a deer in the 7000 block of Keeneland Drive. The driver requested a police report, but it was not in the county.
— An open car door was reported in the 29000 block of No Le Hace Drive. The officer contacted the homeowner and alerted them to the matter.
JULY 12
— An officer observed a vehicle having issues at the area of Pimlico Lane and Ralph Fair Road. The officer investigated the incident and found that no criminal activity was occurring.
— Two individuals dressed in all black were reported to be riding around the 8000 block of Raintree Woods. Law enforcement was not able to locate the individuals.
— A caller reported a male who the caller suspected of being intoxicated at the Whirlaway Circle/Fair Oaks Parkway. An officer came to the location, found no signs of intoxication and provided a courtesy ride.
— An animal call was made in the 28000 block of Quadrille Lane for a dead deer stuck in their fence. The officer helped relocate the still-alive deer.
— Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 8000 block of Fowler Hill. Law enforcement found that everything was OK.
JULY 13
— An ambulance was called to the 200 block of Ranch Pass. A woman who injured her knee was transported to a local hospital.
— A transformer was reported on fire at Meadow Creek Trail/ Rolling Acres Trail. Leon Springs FD was called to the location and extinguished the fire.
— A vehicle was reported to be causing a traffic hazard in the Keeneland/Ralph Fair Road area. An officer arrived and found the vehicle was not a hazard.
— A resident reported finding a lost dog in the 9000 block of Dietz Elkhorn Road. The owner was located before law enforcement made the location.
JULY 14
— A disabled vehicle was reported to be causing a traffic hazard at Stephanie Way/Ralph Fair Road. The vehicle was successfully moved.
— A case of criminal mischief was reported at the 7000 block of Rocking Horse Lane.
— An ambulance was called to the 8000 block of Fairway Green Drive for a male who was experiencing chest pain. When EMS had arrived, the pain had stopped and he refused transport.
— An ambulance was called for a woman at the 9000 block of Whimsey Ridge who had fallen and hit her head. The woman was transported to a hospital in San Antonio.

JULY 10
5:03 p.m., mile marker 533 E. I-10 — A caller reported to be involved in an accident when another vehicle had cut him off. There were no injuries and both vehicles were drivable.
8:30 p.m., 100 block of Mariposa Parkway — A caller reported a vehicle drove off the road into an off-road area, while being followed by another vehicle.
10:01 p.m., Highway 87/I-10 — Multiple callers reported the traffic light cycle had malfunctioned, resulting in a backup in traffic.
JULY 11
1:00 p.m., 38000 block of W I-10 — A caller reported another vehicle that was “road raging” in a construction area.
1:02 p.m., 1700 block of River Road — A caller reported two vehicles stolen from the location around a month prior. The caller described the two vehicles to the authorities.
2: 47 p. m., on Blaschke Road — A caller reported an 18- wheeler drove onto his property. The caller requested a deputy come to the location to discuss why. The driver said his navigation system led him that way. The caller added this had been an ongoing issue and he was going to put up more signs.
9:02 p.m., mile marker 526 W. I-10 — A consent search was conducted on two vehicle occupants after a traffic stop.
JULY 12
1:42 a.m., 31000 block of W. I-10 — A caller reported a male and female were arguing. Dispatch noted there was a lot of swearing and yelling occurring. Law enforcement arrived at the location and an individual was taken into custody.
7:57 a.m., 10 block of Walnut Grove Road — A caller reported his vehicle was smoking and starting to catch fire. Boerne FD arrived and extinguished the fire.
9:28 a.m., 200 block of Heartstone — A caller reported someone shot a firearm, and described the suspected vehicle it came from.
10:40 a.m., 10000 block of Johns Road — A caller reported he had been threatened by his ex-spouse.
1:23 p.m., mile marker 538 E. I-10 — A two-vehicle accident occurred and a male was reported to be laying on the ground. Two injuries were reported and EMS was called.
1:33 p.m., 300 block of Deer Road — A caller reported receiving threatening text messages from her spouse.
JULY 13
1:03 a.m., mile marker 539 W. I-10 — A motorcyclist was reported for speeding. The driver was pulled over and detained.
5:01 a.m., 300 block of Horseshoe Bend — A caller reported someone had tapped on the front window of his residence. Law enforcement came to the location and found everything to be OK.
8:33 a.m., on FM 1888/Maenius — Fifteen goats were reported to be running amuck in the road.
9:11 a.m., 200 block of W. FM 473 — Two men were detained by law enforcement. One of the men was detained for possession of drugs.
6:58 p.m., 200 block of Fifth Street — A caller reported that someone was driving by their house, yelling at their husband and flipping him off.
JULY 14
12:59 a.m., 100 block of S. FM 3351 — A caller was concerned about her cameras being tampered with, as they were no longer working.
7:25 a.m., 200 block of Whitworth Road — A group of community mailboxes were broken into. The caller said there were scuff marks around the locks, and the doors had been pried open.
2:27 p.m., 200 block of Whitworth Road — A caller reported another mailbox that had been damaged and left open.
7:27 p.m., mile marker 546 E. I-10 — A male was detaining after resisting arrest. A wrecker was called for his vehicle and a blood draw was performed.
7:36 p.m., 100 block of Skyland Drive — Six to seven cows were reported making their way into town for a snow cone to try and beat the heat.
JULY 15
7:33 a.m., 1100 block of N. Highway 87 — Gillespie County law enforcement passed along information about a vehicle heading into Kendall County. The vehicle had avoided law enforcement and driven significantly below the speed limit.
JULY 16
5:38 a.m., mile marker 537 E. I-10 — A vehicle was reported on the shoulder of the interstate with significant damage, but no one in close proximity to the vehicle. It was suspected of having been involved in an accident with an 18-wheeler. A tow truck was called.
7:55 a.m., 10 block of Ammann Road — Six goats were looking for someone’s pool for their morning swim.
5:27 p.m., 100 block of Lake Run Drive — Two vehicles were reported to be parked and blocking the road. The caller was concerned about the vehicles being close to a park.
9:49 p.m., on Water Street/ Sixth Street — A caller reported a dog had charged at her daughter, who had gone out for a run.
