Boerne Police Department  

July 3 

6:49 a.m., Old San Antonio Road — A raccoon broke into the building and couldn’t find its way out. 

9:44 a.m., 100 block of Bluebonnet Circle — A caller reported something of his had been stolen. Law enforcement came to the location and a male was detained. 

11:41 a.m., 1600 block of River Road — A male with a criminal trespass warning was reported to be at the location. 

3:52 p.m., 400 block of E. Theissen Street — A caller reported a theft of service from the location. 

6:22 p.m., 600 block of E. Blanco Road — A physical disturbance was reported between two males, one of them being choked and then put in the trunk of a vehicle. Law enforcement came to the location and the male was temporarily detained. 

July 4 

8:25 a.m., 100 block of W. Advogt Street — A caller was concerned about two males attempting to break into a vehicle parked along the road. 

12:16 p.m., 800 block of Johns Road — A caller reported his apartment was broken into the previous day, and items were stolen. 

4:52 p.m., at Main Street/Bandera Road — A vehicle accident occurred at this popular intersection. Luckily, no one was injured. 

5:45 p.m., 100 block of Lake Boulevard — A caller reported a male walking around drinking a beer, with a handgun in his waistband. 

7:30 p.m., 100 block of Gallant Fox — A group of teenagers was reported to be in the restrooms smoking weed.  

July 5 

12:03 a.m., 200 block of Jordan Place — A caller reported a vehicle fire. The caller said she was trying to contact the homeowners but no one was home. Boerne FD successfully extinguished the fire. 

12:31 a.m., 500 block of Fabra Street — A security officer reported a motorist acting suspiciously. The caller said that when he approached the unknown vehicle, it quickly drove away. 

10:53 a.m., 10 block of Scenic Loop Road — A caller reported a male on a skateboard who was going around the neighborhood and appeared to be “scoping out the gates.” 

3:20 p.m., 1500 block of S. Main Street — A caller reported two males had shoplifted from the location. 

July 6 

12:43 a.m., 7900 block of Fair Oaks Ranch Parkway — A male was detained after a traffic stop. 

5:31 p.m., 400 block of S. Main Street — A male and two teenagers were reported walking down Main Street with a large firearm. Law enforcement came to the location and found it was a BB gun. 

July 7 

10:45 a.m., 100 block of Bellgrove Road — Boerne FD responded for a suspected gas leak. The smell of gas was strong, leading to the location being ventilated. 

5:35 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street — A shoplifter was taken into custody at the location and the business planned to press charges. 

6:55 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road — A caller reported her neighbor had been harassing her. 

July 8 

8:24 a.m., 100 block of E. Bandera Road — A caller reported a male was passed out on the sidewalk. The caller suspected the male was drunk. Law enforcement came to the location and the male was detained. 

8:48 a.m., 100 block of Cibolo Creek — A three-year-old was reported to be making quite the scene, running naked down the road. By the time law enforcement arrived, the child was clothed. 

11:46 a.m., 300 block of S. Plant Avenue — A caller reported a male outside, screaming at children. The caller said the male was the apartment manager. Law enforcement subsequently detained the male. 

2:59 p.m., 100 block of Enterprise Road — An employee reported a vehicle had been picked up from the location but never made it to the delivery. 

July 9 

5:18 a.m., at Main Street/Bandera Road — Law enforcement was notified of a vehicle with a stolen license plate. 

8:02 a.m., 200 block of Lattimore Lane — A caller reported a bicycle laying against a rock for the past two days. 

2:54 p.m., 30000 block of W. I-10 — A caller reported money had been stolen from the location. 

5:46 p.m., 100 block of Shade Tree — A caller reported she received a call from someone who was impersonating the Boerne PD, claiming there was a warrant out for her arrest. 

7:36 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street — An employee reported a camera had been located in the business’s restroom. 

 

Fair Oaks Ranch Police Department 

July 1 

— A male was injured in an accident at the intersection of Heritage Trail and Fair Oaks Parkway. He was transported to a local hospital. 

— Law enforcement aided a resident in the Brook Ridge area after he was unable to exit the tractor due to it running out of fuel. The officer was able to locate the emergency hatch. 

— Three deer were reported to be stuck in a retention pond at the 8000 block of Shady Gate. 

— A deer got stuck in a fence around the 8000 block of Raintree Woods. An animal control officer came to the location and was able to free the deer. 

July 2 

— An instance of harassment was reported in the 29000 block of Stevenson Gate. 

— A fire alarm went off at the 100 block of Woodland View. Leon Springs FD responded to the call and found it to be a false alarm. 

— A vehicle was burglarized at the 28000 block of Copper Leaf. 

— A resident called about a snake in their yard in the 30000 block of Cibolo Run. Animal control successfully relocated the snake. 

July 3 

— A suspicious vehicle was reported at the 8000 block of Dietz Elkhorn Road. Law enforcement came to the location and found there was no criminal activity. 

— There were no injuries from an accident in the 29000 block of Ralph Fair Road. 

— A theft was reported at the 8000 block of Summer Song Circle. 

— A dog was reported to be walking off leash, against city ordinance, in the 7000 block of Pimlico Lane. An animal control officer came to the location and found the dog to be on a leash. 

July 4 

— A noise disturbance was reported in the 7000 block of Pimlico Lane involving fireworks. 

— Another noise disturbance was reported, in the Monument Oak/Turning Leaf area for loud singing. An officer came to the location and didn’t find any loud singers. 

— A person was setting off fireworks in the 7000 block of Dietz Elkhorn Road. An officer contacted the person and told them about the fireworks restrictions within city limits. 

— An assault was reported at the 7000 block of Fair Oaks Parkway.  

July 5 

— A loose dog was reported in the Fairway Bluff/Fairway Springs area. An officer arrived and found the resident attempting to catch the dog. The officer helped them catch the dog and then provided everyone with a ride home. 

— A resident in the 7000 block of Dietz Elkhorn Road was concerned about a potential scam involving selling their vehicle. 

— Another caller in the 7000 block of Dietz Elkhorn Road was unamused by firework debris landing on their property. 

— An alarmed resident reported a large racoon in the 8000 block of Shady Pond. An animal control officer provided information about third-party trapping services.  

July 6 

— An officer provided a woman in the Meadow Wind/Sweetwind area with assistance locating her dog and provided them both with a courtesy ride home. 

— A porcupine was reported to be stuck under a caller’s vehicle in the 28000 block of Front Gate. The caller was instructed to spray the porcupine with water until it came out. 

— A resident reported a violation of a city ordinance in the 29000 block of Duberry Ridge, as a trailer was parked on the road. An officer checked out the location and found that there was no violation. 

July 7 

— Two juvenile males were reported to be trespassing at the 7000 block of Fair Oaks Parkway, swimming after hours. 

— An instance of harassment was reported at the 7000 block of Timber Top Drive. 

—  A loose dog was reported in the 8000 block of Rolling Acres Trail. An officer spoke with the homeowner and advised them the dog was out, and their gate was open. 

— An injured deer was reported in the 7000 block of Rolling Acres Trail. 

— A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 28000 block of W. I-10. An officer checked out the vehicle and found everything was OK. 

 

Kendall County Sheriff’s Office 

 July 3 

8:05 a.m., Vaquero Pass — A caller reported checks had been stolen from the mail and used fraudulently. 

2:29 p.m., 32000 block of W. I-10 — A caller reported her elderly uncle was being scammed out of $24,000 and asked law enforcement to come to the location. 

5:21 p.m., 100 block of High Street — A caller reported his front license plate was stolen from his vehicle. 

10:05 p.m., 10 block of Mill Dam — A caller reported someone was setting off fireworks close by.  

 July 4 

5:02 a.m., 500 block of Fabra Street — A caller reported she woke up to the sound of someone attempting to break a window. Law enforcement checked out the location and everything was OK. 

8:51 a.m., mile marker 526 E. I-10 — A caller reported a vehicle was across both lanes of the highway and hit multiple vehicles. The driver was incapacitated. 

9:59 a.m., 100 block of Skyline Drive — A cyclist reported he injured their shoulder and needed medical attention. The cyclist was taken to a Boerne hospital. 

1:44 p.m., on Ammann Road — A caller reported his lawn mower was stolen by a consignment store.  Law enforcement found the store was temporarily closed. 

10:56 p.m., on Sparkling Springs/Mountain Top — A grass fire was reported to have started because of fireworks. Bergheim FD responded and extinguished the fire. 

July 5 

11:13 a.m., 200 block of Saddle Mountain — A caller was concerned about a truck, with lumber in the bed, in front of his residence because he had no scheduled for the day. It was later discovered it was someone doing a service check. 

7:57 p.m., on Scenic Loop Road/Corley Road — A caller reported a male walking up and down the road all day with a skateboard. The caller was transferred to the correct jurisdiction. 

10:26 p.m., 700 block of Esperanza Boulevard — A cow had crossed the road, but to the wrong side. It made a quick getaway before law enforcement arrived. 

July 6 

12:07 a.m., 200 block of Mountain Creek Trail — A caller reported teenagers were lighting fireworks even though they said they were going to stop. 

12:18 a.m., 100 block of Kendall Woods Drive — A caller reported her ex-boyfriend was harassing her and threatening her over the phone. 

8:18 a.m., FM 474/Spring Creek Road — Three cows were on the side of the road, obviously arguing about where to go for breakfast. 

6:05 p.m., at Highway 46/Maytum Pass — Multiple vehicles were involved in an accident. The male who started the accident was reported to be walking away from the accident. The vehicles were cleared from the accident and law enforcement looked for the driver. 

July 7 

2:26 a.m., 100 block of Heathcot — A caller was suspicious of someone seen walking around her neighborhood. Law enforcement searched but was unable to find anyone. 

11:58 a.m., Rust Lane — A caller reported his female calf had been missing for a few days. 

4:06 p.m., on Esperanza/Cantina Sky — A caller reported he picked up a dog that was running around in the area. The caller told dispatch they were able to care for the dog until Monday. 

10:07 p.m., mile marker 532 E. I-10 — A vehicle was located that was suspected of being involved in another criminal case. 

July 8 

8:17 a.m., 200 block of E. Highway 46 — A caller reported a female had just left the location but was harassing the caller. The caller advised that an extra-marital affair was part of the altercation. Law enforcement advised they would patrol the area. 

11:41 a.m., mile marker 523 W. I-10 — A caller reported a rolled-up carpet on the side of the interstate, worried it could be a traffic hazard. 

6:32 p.m., 100 block of Mountain Creek Trail — A caller wanted to speak with a deputy about a hidden camera she may have found in her room. Law enforcement advised her on the situation. 

8:16 p.m., 6800 block of FM 1888 — Blanco County Sheriff’s Office reported a motorist had pulled over on the side of the road and was asking for money. 

July 9 

9:19 a.m., 900 block of Front Street — A caller reported a male who was walking in the area was now attempting to get into the location. He left the location before law enforcement arrived. 

4:43 a.m., 100 block of Ridge Trail — A caller said someone began banging on her front door but said she was not expecting anyone. Several minutes later, the caller discovered it was her brother. 

6:29 a.m., 300 block of FM 474 — Fifteen goats escaped and were busy deciding the best route to get breakfast. 

12:06 p.m., 10 block of Hein Road — A caller reported a male digging in the creek and removing large boulders. 

11:58 p.m., 500 block of River Road — A caller reported seeing a male punch a woman, and then pull a firearm.
