A third game, if needed, will be played Saturday in Georgetown at 1 p.m.

Cuero won District 28-4A with an impressive record of 10-0 and went 28-1-1 overall. The Lady Gobblers enter the contest ranked No. 4 in the state.

Boerne High finished fourth in District 27-4A at 4-6 and ended the regular season with a record of 15-17-1.

The Lady Hounds are young this year and only have one senior on the roster in Taylor Wilson, who has signed to play at Texas State University.
