Editor, After attending the April 2 Boerne ISD school board candidate forum, I’ll have to admit I was impressed with all the candidates. The format did not allow for questions from the floor; so I’ll ask one of the candidates here. Question: What is your position on private school vouchers?
Do you support having the Boerne Independent School District sending a letter to Gov. Greg Abbott, State Sen. Donna Campbell (R-New Braunfels) and State Rep. Ellen Troxclair (R-Lakeway) expressing our opposition to any scheme of private school vouchers?
