Gallery 195 is celebrating its fifth anniversary on the Hill Country Mile with an open house from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, April 1-2.

Make plans for a ready-made weekend for gallery groupees visiting Boerne as Texas Treasures Fine Art Gallery will recognize its 11th anniversary on April 8-10.

Friday, April 8, 4-8pm is VIP Night. Early reserves on all pieces, including new artwork brought in for the annual show, is available. There will be an in-house DJ and catering by current Alpine Texas Ranger Jeff Vajdos, who specializes in open fire grilling and “everything legendary.” Saturday, April 9, 10 a.m.-8

Saturday, April 9, 10 a.m.-8 p.m. is reserved for an immersive buying experience. Live painting and sculpting by gallery artists Ed Natiya, Abraham Vasquez, Chanel Kreuzer and Elizabeth Dryden will be featured. Also, meet and greet with artist/celebrities Bill Nebeker, James Muir, E. Melinda Morrison, Sidney Sinclair, Wanda Gamble and Brigette Woosley.

Another delicious meal and storytelling by Vajdos is set from 4 to 7:30 p.m.

Sunday, April 10, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. is Sunday-Funday. Celebrate the arts at the gallery. Make final purchases and enjoy the afternoon on “The Texas Treasures Terrace,” the newest event venue in Boerne.
