POLICE REPORTS

March 9

7:50 a.m., 400 block of Huntwick Drive — A caller reported his front passenger window had been smashed during the night. The caller said there were Facebook posts showing other vehicles in the neighborhood had been broken into.

8:03 a.m., 200 block of Huntwick Drive — A caller said someone had broken her passenger side window during the night and stolen the registration and insurance information.

9:01 a.m., 100 block of Haverton Street — A caller had doorbell footage that showed a young male tried the doorhandle of the caller’s vehicle. No damage to the vehicle was reported.

1:39 p.m., 100 block of Coldwater Creek — A caller reported her neighbor was recording the caller’s underage daughter with his phone.

3:32 p.m., 1600 block of River Road — A property manager reported four juvenile subjects were trespassing on the property. The property manager got into a verbal confrontation with the juveniles, who then left the location.

11:02 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road — A caller reported two males had stolen two bottles of alcohol. A third male involved didn’t make it to the vehicle quickly enough and was left behind. The male walked around, looking to see if they would circle back for him.

March 10

9:30 a.m., 100 block of Lauren Lane — A woman reported walking by a male who was banging on the door, yelling to be let in because he “owned this house. A second caller reported the incident, adding the male was now sitting in his vehicle, honking his horn.

10:10 a.m., 100 block of Cimarron Creek — A caller reported two males came to his location earlier in the day and said they needed to look around for home maintenance. The caller had contacted the homeowner, who advised that no one was scheduled to come out.

2:38 p.m., 100 block of City Park Road — A caller reported a vehicle’s window had been smashed. A second caller reported the break-in but was unsure who owned the vehicle.

6:02 p.m., Bandera Road/I-10 — A caller reported a white van that appeared to have a blood splatter on one side. The caller provided the direction the vehicle was going.

March 11

8:52 a.m., 100 block of Haverton Drive — A caller who recently purchased a vehicle found that a vehicle in Dallas was given the same temporary plates.

9:19 a.m., mile marker 539, E. I-10 — An 18-wheeler and a passenger vehicle collided, with the 18-wheeler on its side and reportedly smoking. One person was trapped in the 18-wheeler, with another trapped in the other vehicle. The eastbound lanes were temporarily shut down as three injured people were given medical attention.

11:35 a.m., 300 block of Chaparral Creek — A caller reported a vehicle was parked in front of his neighbor’s house. The caller was concerned because the neighbors were out of town and the caller was looking after the house for them.

1:22 p.m., 300 block of English Oaks — A caller reported that someone had stolen her cat.

3:51 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street — An employee reported that someone had stolen items twice earlier in the day. The caller provided dispatch with a description of the woman and her license plate.

March 12

12:51 a.m., Johns Road/Deer Lake Drive — An iPhone’s emergency service feature notified law enforcement of a major accident in the area. It was found that five people involved in an accident were walking on the roadway. An ambulance was called to provide medical services.

1:12 a.m., Old San Antonio Road — An employee was concerned about a vehicle that had gone behind his vehicle, turned its lights off and parked. The caller requested that law enforcement search the area.

7:57 a.m., 1300 block of N. Main Street — Two vehicles were totaled after being involved in an accident. One of the vehicles was blocking lanes of traffic. One of the vehicle occupants was complaining of back pain and needed EMS services.

3:30 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road — A caller was concerned about a potential organized crime group within the Boerne area. The caller said he had purchased a sound system from a local business. However, he said the sound system didn’t work and the business had threatened the caller’s life when he attempted to return it.

7:10 p.m., Dodge Road — A caller reported a woman came on his property and stole a package. The caller told dispatch the woman was on a neighborhood social media post for taking other people’s packages. The caller provided dispatch with a license plate number for the woman’s vehicle.

March 9

1:56 a.m., mile marker 523, W. I-10 — A male was detained after a traffic stop. A probable cause search ensued, and the male was detained and taken into custody.

2:39 a.m., 200 block of Holiday Road — A caller reported a male had passed out in a vehicle. The caller suspected he may have been involved in an accident due to minor damage to the front of the vehicle. EMS came to the location and the male was taken into custody.

8:54 a.m., 100 block of Ridge Trail — A caller reported her guitar had been stolen during the past month. She had been travelling and was unsure of a definitive date; however, she had found the item listed for sale on social media.

March 10

5:11 a.m., 9100 block of Ranger Creek Road — A vehicle was parked in front of the caller’s residence. Law enforcement contacted the vehicle’s owner and found he lived in the area and was going for a morning walk.

1:43 p.m., 300 block of Waterstone Parkway — A caller reported she had filed a fraud claim through their bank for two transactions that were made through an online seller with the caller’s account.

5:02 p.m., 39000 block of E. I-10 — A subject flagged down a deputy. An individual was subsequently detained and taken into custody.

7:14 p.m., 100 block of Honeycomb Drive — A caller reported that his neighbor was shooting a shotgun and had hit the caller’s roof at least once. The caller said there was tension between the caller and his neighbor.

7:35 p.m., Avenue A/Front Street — A caller was concerned about a vehicle that was following her and appeared to be driving recklessly. The caller said when she had turned her vehicle around, the vehicle had stopped following her.

March 11

5:41 a.m., Splendido/Galisteo — A caller reported an 18-wheeler parked at the location that was not supposed to be there.

10:17 a.m., 1900 block of FM 1376 — A caller reported she had been receiving threatening messages on her phone. It was found that the individual threatening her had an active federal warrant.

10:23 a.m., 300 block of FM 474 — Two horses had escaped, wanting to participate in the Spring Break fun.

10:44 a.m., Highway 46/Coughran Road — A caller reported that someone had knocked down the stop sign at the intersection.

2:09 p.m., 32000 block of E I-10 — A motorcycle accident occurred, with the rider sliding off the road. The right lane was temporarily shut down while the accident was cleared.

4:47 p.m., Green Cedar Road — A caller from out-of-town reported that someone at an address in Boerne had opened an account via a telecommunications company in the caller’s name and had charged over $1,000.

March 12

11:48 a.m., 100 block of Hannah Lane — A caller reported construction workers were using water from a different lot.

2:22 p.m., 5100 block of FM 1888 — A caller reported she was being harassed by a former significant other. This person had been contacting and harassing the caller and her family.

6:01 p.m., Eighth Street/Water Street — A caller reported a loud motorcycle going through the area did not have a license plate. The caller said this was an ongoing issue.
