Roland Rios was named the Fair Oaks Ranch “Employee of the Year” for 2023 and was recognized at the Feb. 7 “State of the City” event at the Fair Oaks Golf and Country Club.
Rios, a city employee for the past eight years and a wastewater III operator since 2018, received his award from City Manager Scott Huizenga.
