BOERNE — The curtain is up for the award-winning show “Kodachrome,” the newest production of the Boerne Community Theatre season.
The show runs through March 24 at the theater, 907 E. Blanco Road.
Directed by Allen Rudolph, “Kodachrome” boasts a stellar cast and crew including Keisha McFerrin, Robin Cunningham, Jessica Mewborne, Kimberly Stoner, Martin Vidal and Steve Harris.
“Kodachrome” has already garnered significant acclaim, with two of its cast members, Mewborne and Harris, clinching All-Star Cast awards at TEXFest 2024 Feb. 21-25 at the Leo J. Welder Center for the Performing Arts in Victoria.
Their outstanding performances promise to captivate audiences in Boerne and beyond, director Rudolph said.
Set against the backdrop of a picturesque small town, “Kodachrome” explores themes of nostalgia, love and the passage of time. Audiences can expect a journey filled with laughter, tears and poignant moments that resonate long after the final curtain falls.
