Join The Rotary Club of Boerne for its annual Casino Night 5:30-10:30 p.m. at Mark Motors, 140 Enterprise Parkway. All proceeds will benefit service projects, student scholarships and initiatives benefiting the Boerne and Kendall County community and beyond. Free Roam Brewing Company, 235 S. Main St. is having its second annual chili cook-off from 1-4 p.m. All attendants are the judges. Each customer gets a vote with each beer purchase.

The Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:30 a.m. for Conscious Health & Wellbeing, 7 Upper Balcones Rd. Ste 206, to celebrate the counseling service provider. 

The Boerne Chamber will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 1:30 p.m. for Finishing Touches, 21 Truss Drive, to celebrate the interior design firm. 

Boerne Performing Arts presents Drum Tao at the Champion High School auditorium, 201 Charger Blvd. This production began in Tokyo in 2017 and consists of the incomparable “Wadako Drums” and the beautiful melody of Japanese flutes and harps. Tickets: boerneperformingarts.com.

Join a special luncheon honoring Boerne ISD’s Teachers of the Year from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Cana Ballroom, 202 W. Kronkosky St. Attendees will also hear the special keynote presentation from Boerne ISD Superintendents Dr. Kristin Craft and Dr. Thomas Price. Catered luncheon; register at business.boerne.org.

MARCH 1

Join the Cibolo Center for Conservation on the trails at sunset for their Adult Night Hikes beginning at 6 p.m. These hikes are focused on nocturnal wildlife viewing, so hikers can expect longer hikes, using unfamiliar trails, and spending time without the use of flashlights. These hikes are hands-on, engaging, and fun for adults of all ages. $10 for members. $15 for non-members.

MARCH 2

Join the Boerne Police Department for coffee and conversation during ‘Coffee with a Cop’ from 9-11 a.m. at Starbucks, 35065 W. I-10. This event allows an opportunity to ask questions, voice concerns and get to know the neighborhood officers. 

17th Vintage Flea Market at 8th Street Market in Comfort. Vendors selling vintage, antique, handcrafted items, artists and their works will be also there. 

Cigars and Cars at the Oak of Boerne from 3-7 p.m. at 605 S. Main St. This event is open to awesome cars and bikes and will have some delicious smoked meats and sides. Priority parking reserved for members and guests who register. Registration link found on the city of Boerne calendar website. 

The Sisterdale Chamber of Commerce is holding its annual Mexican Supper from 5-8 p.m. at the Sisterdale Fire House, 1207 Sisterdale Road. Tamales, chili, rice, beans and dessert will be served. Meal is by donation. 

The third annual Boots & Bling Gala is a fun-filled evening supporting The Early Learning Center of St. Mark Presbyterian Church. This event, held from 5-10 p.m. at Paniolo Ranch, 1510 Ranch Road, includes a silent auction, live auction, dinner and DJ entertainment. For tickets, go to: www.eventbrite.com.
