The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff ’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. JAN. 31
7:47 a.m., 8100 block of Old #9 – A caller reported around 30 sheep had come onto his property and he was unsure how to handle the situation.
9:20 a.m., 38000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported a pickup truck had hit the caller’s car and continued driving. A second caller reported witnessing the hit-and-run accident.
9:47 a.m., 700 block of South Street – A caller reported lumber and other construction materials had been stolen. The caller said she was going to create a list of items to turn in.
10:06 a.m., on Staudt Street – A woman told her probation officer that she had meth in her vehicle. The woman was detained and taken into custody.
5:11 p.m., 100 block of Giles Ranch Road – A caller reported that two of her horses were dead and she had found bullet holes. The caller further suspected it may have been her neighbors.
FEB. 1
3:53 a.m., 500 block of Acker Road – A security system alerted law enforcement to a vehicle in the area that had been stolen from San Antonio.
11:33 a.m., 100 block of W. Highway 46 – A driver reported four loose dogs on the side of the road that were very close to being hit.
2:10 p.m., 200 block of Sonrisa Drive – A caller reported he was with a building crew and materials had been stolen from the location. He said the materials had been stolen during the past month.
11:27 p.m., on North Creek Loop – A caller reported a food truck was on fire, but he was not on the location to help extinguish it. Comfort F.D. came to the location and found that there was no fire, or the fire had been extinguished.
FEB. 2
1:32 p.m., 100 block of La Cima – A caller said the driver of a pickup truck, parked on the side of his house, appeared to be smoking marijuana. Law enforcement came to the location and spoke with the driver, who explained he was waiting for a contractor. Law enforcement did not find any drug use.
1:57 p.m., 100 block of Sabine Road – A caller reported her account had been hacked and $40,000 worth of Bitcoin had been stolen.
3:40 p.m., 100 block of Misty Waters – A caller reported a generator had been stolen from her driveway. The caller said she saw a similar generator at a construction site down the road and wondered if law enforcement could find out if it was her generator.
5:14 p.m., 400 block of FM 1621 – A caller reported her neighbors had an aggressive dog on their property and the dog was about to attack the neighbors. Law enforcement came to the neighbor’s house and the dog had run off.

8:16 a.m., 100 block of City Park Road – A caller reported a male and female were involved in a physical fight.
10:28 a.m., 100 block of Cantina Sky – A caller reported he had received scam calls regarding warrants and paying for missed warrants.
2:15 p.m., 100 block of Cordova – A caller reported people were trespassing on his property early in the morning. The caller has caught the trespassers on a surveillance camera.
3:12 p.m., mile marker 527, E. I-10 – A caller reported a male driver had punched someone. The caller provided dispatch with a description of the individual and which direction they went.
8:59 p.m., on Main Street/Third Street – A caller reported hearing 22 gunshots in the area.
FEB. 4
10:08 a.m., 200 block of Eighth Street – A caller reported a dead horse on the side of the road. Law enforcement came to the location and found the incident was in Kerr County. Kerr County law enforcement was notified.
12:39 p.m., 100 block of Comanche Road – A caller reported they suspected their neighbor had stolen six tons of gravel. The caller later said he thought the neighbor’s contractors had accidentally used the gravel on their property.
1:57 p.m., 100 block of Doeskin Drive – A caller reported a vehicle kept driving by the caller’s property.
2:18 p.m., 600 block of South Street – A caller reported that multiple insulin syringes had been left in his yard over the prior days.
3:48 p.m., 600 block of North Street – A woman reported finding used needles in her driveway. The woman said she spoke with her neighbors and more syringes were found down the road.
FEB. 5
9:16 a.m., 10000 block of Johns Road – A home builder reported a painter had stolen almost $200 in paint. The painter was contacted, and he reported the home builder had not paid him for a job he had completed 10:26 a.m., 10000 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported traffic and parking signs had been stolen from the area in recent months. The caller said their solar lights had been stolen, too.
12:25 p.m., 1000 block of FM 473 – A bunch of goats were reported to be in the area, canvassing where they wanted to go for Valentine’s dinner.
1:07 p.m., mile marker 537, W. I-10 – An 18-wheeler flipped when exiting the interstate. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle and refused medical treatment. TxDOT was informed that several traffic signs had been knocked down during the accident.
FEB. 6
9:29 a.m., 100 block of N. Wagon Wheel Drive – A caller reported his friend’s iPad was stolen. The caller was advised to contact Bexar County law enforcement as that was the last known location of the stolen iPad.
10:08 a.m., 37000 block of E. I-10 – A caller reported he had been involved in an accident and the other driver took off before the caller could get his information. The caller said the driver had damaged the caller’s back bumper.
5:53 p.m., on N. Esser Road – A caller reported his gate was damaged and wanted the incident documented. The caller had not seen the incident occur but suspected it may have been caused by a delivery driver.
9:04 p.m., on S. FM 3351 – Two dogs were frantically running around the strip mall, evidently searching for the perfect Valentine’s gift.
