I want to take the time to say thank you to Susan Dollar, Boerne Area Democrats president, for such a thought-provoking,
eloquent column Feb. 4 in the Boerne Star.
Your article should make all readers pause and think deeply about the current state of affairs.
The recent hoax at Boerne schools should make us all think about what could happen to our kids because of our state and national leaders’ lack of courage to pass sensible gun control legislation.
It’s interesting that many of the people that take issue with the Black Lives Matter movement have never felt the sting of bigotry or racism.
You’re right, all lives “should” matter. Thank you for all you do.
