• Hill Country Council for the Arts is sponsoring a series of Fine Arts Mini Workshops. • Feb. 6, 13: Mixed Media Frame in two parts. Build up layers of mixed media to create an original media frame. Mimic old-world carving through embellishments, paint, paper, medium, and building wax. The first class lays down a structural base, while the second class focuses on paint and wax finishing. If you enjoy playing with texture and color, this class offers techniques transferable to any home decor project.
