The Boerne Concert Band presents “A Night on Broadway” at 7 p.m. in the Boerne High School auditorium. Free admission. Selections from popular movies and musicals will be featured. The Boerne Concert Band, directed by Larry Schmidt, is made up of musical members from all over the Texas Hill Country and includes middle and high school and college students, lifetime musicians, band directors and military veterans. The Kendall County League of Women Voters will be hosting its next monthly meeting at 11:30 a.m. at the Dog and Pony Grill, 1481 S. Main St. The group’s activities include providing voter information about elections, registering voters and advocating for voter rights. Open to the public. Fair Oaks Ranch Mayor Greg Maxton will deliver 2024’s “State of the City” address beginning at 6 p.m. at the Fair Oaks Ranch Golf and Country Club, 7900 Fair Oaks Parkway. Tickets for this event are $20 per person and can be purchased in person at City Hall or by phone at 210-698-0900. 

St. Mark Presbyterian Church is hosting an event from 6-7:30 p.m. with the San Antonio African American Community Archive and Museum, with Caira Spenrath as speaker. Spenrath will speak on the history of San Antonio’s annual MLK March, the nation’s largest march commemorating the memory and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Her presentation will be in the church sanctuary, 208 W. The Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:30 a.m. for American Legion Auxiliary Unit 313 in the Chamber boardroom, 121 S. Main St., to celebrate the veteran’s service organization. The Boerne chamber will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 1:30 p.m. for Thatcher Consulting Service in the Chamber boardroom, 121 S. Main St., to celebrate the business consulting service.

Join the Boerne Chocolate Walk along the Hill Country Mile between 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Collect a special chocolate treat as you step inside each participating store, gallery and restaurant along Main Street. Tickets (waiting list) can be bought through Boerne Parks and Recreation.

A Night in Paris Dinner 6-8 p.m. at the Limestone Bistro, 946 N. School St. A menu to take you on a trip to Paris without having to leave Boerne. Join Boerne Radio’s networking event from 4-6 p.m. at the Bending Branch Winery, 142 Lindner Road, Comfort. Enjoy great food and drinks and possibly even leave with a door prize.
