• “One Pill Can Kill,” a presentation on the lethal dangers of fentanyl, is set for 6-7 p.m. at the Lobby Coffee Shop, 523 Seventh St. in Comfort. The Drug Free Comfort organization has teamed up with Comfort ISD, the Comfort Area Foundation, Hill Country Family Services, and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office to allow former DEA special agent Rick Goodrich to discuss this dangerous drug and what folks who have relationships with young people ought to know. The meeting is free and open to the public; no reservation required.
