It’ll be a homecoming of sorts for former Boerne High football player Quinten Dormady. The Greyhound graduate was recently drafted by the San Antonio Brahmas in the United Football League’s dispersal draft as the team’s No. 1 pick. Last year Dormady played with the Orlando Guardians of the XFL. Dormady played for his father, former Greyhounds head coach Mike Dormady, at Boerne High before graduating in the spring of 2015.
After high school, Dormady played in collage at the University of Tennessee and the University of Houston before finishing up at the University of Central Michigan.
After college, the 6-foot-4 quarterback also had a brief stint with the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League.
