General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. DECEMBER 27
6:05 a.m., 1400 block of River Road -- A caller reported a purse containing over $10, along with the caller’s identification, had been stolen. About 20 minutes later, the caller reported she had located the purse and no theft had occurred.
7:27 a.m., on Christus Parkway/ Interstate 10 West – A construction worker reported someone had graffitied one of their construction sites.
8:39 a.m., 32000 block of E. Interstate 10 – A car dealership employee reported two vehicles had been stolen. One of the vehicles had been returned; however, the other one was suspected of being in Amarillo.
8:58 a.m., 200 block of Becker Street – A caller reported that someone had stolen her credit card and had already made multiple charges.
12:21 p.m., 100 block of Gallant Fox – A caller, in the process of moving, reported her belongings had been stolen during the night.
1:34 p.m., 1000 block of Grand Blvd. – A caller reported one of her employees was receiving threatening text messages from her boy
friend.
DECEMBER 28
7:04 a.m., 400 block W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a male was upset at the employees and began throwing the merchandise on the ground. The male quickly left the location, but the caller wanted to ensure the male didn’t return.
9:59 a.m., 100 block of Lake Front Drive – A woman came into the lobby and reported her dog was attacked the prior day.
10:31 a.m., 1200 block of S. Main Street – An accident occurred involving two vehicles. One of the vehicle occupants needed a medic. A wrecker was required for one of the vehicles.
11:08 a.m., 200 block of Deer Creek Drive – A caller reported he had paid an individual $4,000 for two offroad vehicles; however, once the individual had received the money, he would not hand over the vehicles, nor return the money.
12:01 p.m., on Shooting Club Road – A caller reported a vehicle had been parked at the location since the previous night. The caller said the ignition was running and the doors were locked.
DECEMBER 29
12:13 a.m., 100 block of Whisper Way – A caller reported hearing screaming and yelling between a male and female. The caller added this was not the first time this had occurred.
2:10 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A male was reported to be stealing things from the location by putting merchandise into bags. The male exited the store and only paid for one thing, despite having six bags of merchandise. Law enforcement located the male and he was detained.
3:53 p.m., 100 block of S. Main St – A business owner reported two men were verbally arguing outside the store. As the caller was speaking with dispatch, one of the males got in a vehicle and drove away.
4:04 p.m., 100 block of Menger Springs – A caller reported that she suspected her necklace was stolen from a medical office.
6:14 p.m., 31000 block W. Interstate 10 – A manager reported a vehicle had been stolen around a month earlier.
10:03 p.m., 200 block of Ebner Street – A caller reported a pickup truck had followed her home and the driver got out and asked for someone.
DECEMBER 30
3:59 a.m., 700 block of Oak Park Drive – A caller reported a domestic disturbance occurring at one of the apartments. Law enforcement came to the location and found a female with a nosebleed. A male was detained and an ambulance was called for the female.
7:12 a.m., on Main Plaza – A city employee reported vandalism occurring in the restrooms.
12:10 p.m., mile marker 535 W. Interst
ate 10 – A single-vehicle accident occurred with two occupants in the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle ran away and was later detained by law enforcement.
12:15 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – An employee requested assistance in removing a male, female and their daughter from the location because the individuals were soliciting.
8:18 p.m., 1000 block of Diamond Drive – A caller reported his former roommate had left drug paraphernalia at the residence before his departure. The caller was unsure how to dispose of the material.
10:36 p.m., 100 block of Calk Lane – A caller reported that someone at a nearby apartment complex was shooting off fireworks and it was hitting the caller’s house.
DECEMBER 31
1:55 p.m., 700 block of Oak Park Drive – A caller reported hearing a verbal argument involving a female screaming and a male making threats. Law enforcement came to the location and found the female had left the premises.
2:33 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – An employee reported a male who was stealing from the store. The male drove away but was found by law enforcement.
5:40 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported fireworks going off but was unsure where they were coming from. Several other callers reported fireworks occurring, including some being shot from an apartment balcony.
6:35 p.m., 100 block of Elm Street – A caller reported hearing four gunshots in the area and was concerned because she didn’t know where they were coming from.
8:56 p.m., 1000 block of E. Blanco Road – A caller was concerned he had purchased a stolen vehicle after the purchase papers were stolen from the vehicle.
10:35 p.m., mile marker 529, Interstate 10 – Law enforcement clocked a vehicle going over 100 MPH on the interstate. The vehicle eventually came to a halt and any occupants fled. Canine units were brought in to support the search. The vehicle was taken.
JANUARY 1
12:07 a.m., 100 block of Clear Sky – A caller reported a driver who had been told to stop speeding. In response, the driver told the caller he had a gun and not to mess with them. A second caller in the area reported the driver, along with the caller’s relatives, had attacked him.
12:16 a.m., 100 block of Medical Drive – A caller was locked on the patio and was concerned because he had left items cooking on the stove. Boerne FD came to the location and gained entry to the residence.
1:57 p.m., 600 block of E. Blanco Road – A befuddled caller reported that there were a bunch of groceries on the table inside the post office, despite it being empty.
4:40 p.m., 700 block of Oak Park Drive – A caller reported his ex-girlfriend’s brother was sending threatening messages to the caller.
JANUARY 2
12:19 p.m., on Cascade Caverns – A caller reported their trailer had been stolen in the early hours of the morning. The caller informed dispatch he had video of the incident.
4:26 p.m., mile marker 545 E. Interstate 10 – A single-vehicle accident occurred when the vehicle hydroplaned and hit the median of the road. Luckily, the driver of the vehicle was OK. Traffic was temporarily limited to one lane.
6:26 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported her packages had been stolen, despite receiving delivery confirmation.
7:11 p.m., 300 block of Chaparral Creek – A caller reported someone had committed check fraud in a neighboring town.
9:43 p.m., mile marker 545 E. Interstate 10 – A male was detained after a probable cause search.
