BOERNE ISD
Before heading out for its winter break, the Boerne ISD announced the 2024 campus Teacher, Rookie Teacher, and Support Staff of the Year winners.
Recipients were surprised with the news on their campuses by Boerne ISD Superintendent Dr. Thomas Price. Nominations are solicited from each campus, with the nominees being voted on by campus staff.
Each campus top teacher ($1,000), rookie ($500), and support staff member ($500) receives a stipend from the district. Campus winners are also placed into the running to be selected to represent the district as 2024 Boerne ISD Teacher of the Year, Rookie Teacher of the Year, and Support Staff of the Year.
District teacher of the year will receive a $10,000 check from Toyota of Boerne, as well as a $1,500 stipend from Boerne ISD.
