Geneva School of Boerne had five volleyball players earn postseason awards following the 2023 season.
Sophomore Ella Grace Owens was named First Team All-District and Honorable Mention All-State, while junior Kate Friesenhahn was named Second Team All-District.
Also, senior Cammy Curtis, senior Lily Kaiser and senior Kenzie Cates landed on the Honorable Mention squad.
Geneva was coached by Madison Nagy, a longtime assistant who was moved up to head coach before the year began.
The Eagles ended their season with a record of 17-19-2 and 3-5 in district. They went two rounds deep into the playoffs this year.
Geneva beat Houston Cypress Christian in the first round and then fell to Brentwood Christian in the second round.
