LAW ENFORCEMENT

The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department, Kendall County Sheriff ’s Department and the Fair Oaks Ranch Police Department. General locations are listed rather than specifi c addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence which will be decided in court at a later date. November 29

7:08 a.m., 600 block of Adler Road – A caller reported a dog was running loose in the area. When contacted, animal control reported they had been trying to catch the dog but had been unsuccessful.

9:38 a.m., 100 block of Crosspoint Road – A caller reported an instance of identity theft.

11:25 a.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – An employee reported a homeless man had been sleeping in the mother’s room all morning.

2:09 p.m., at Saunders Street/Blanco Street – A caller reported an SUV had sideswiped a city vehicle and then drove away.

4:09 p.m., at Phil Wilson/Hickman – A caller reported his daughter’s cell phone was in her backpack during her softball practice but was now pinging at someone’s house.

4:59 p.m., on Cascade Caverns – A caller reported a significant other who had physically abused her and continued to harass her.

5:29 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported two individuals who were engaging in sexual acts in the parking lot.

November 30

11:28 a.m., 200 block of Frey Street – A Boerne citizen came into the PD lobby to make a harassment report.

1:23 p.m., 600 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported his vehicle had been hit while it was in the parking lot. The caller added that the other party had left a name and phone number on the vehicle.

2:46 p.m., 900 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported an elderly female without a uniform who was messing with the electrical boxes.

3:25 p.m., 600 block of W. Bandera Road – An employee reported another employee had admitted to stealing over $100.

December 1

9:47 a.m., 200 block of Charger Boulevard – A female was detained for drugs and narcotics possession.

10:16 a.m., on Cascade Caverns – A caller reported a $500 generator had been stolen from the location.

11:15 a.m., 100 block of Deerwood Oaks – A caller reported two vehicles have been parking in front of his residence and leaving the vehicles overnight.

12:02 p.m., 100 block of Crosspoint – A caller reported receiving text messages requesting money. The caller indicated the scam involved a fake video of the caller with a minor.

4:02 p.m., 1400 block of N. Main Street – A two vehicle accident occurred, resulting in both lanes of traffic being blocked. There were no injuries; however, tow trucks were called for both vehicles.

7:18 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported a woman had attempted to shoplift from the location on multiple occasions. Additionally, the woman had consumed food and drink items within the store.

December 2

1:44 a.m., mile marker 537 W. I-10 – A female was detained after a traffic stop. Law enforcement investigated and found she had warrants out for her.

10:18 a.m., 1600 block of River Road – Law enforcement was alerted about a license plate hit for a wanted person. Law enforcement found that the occupant was not the wanted person.

11:28 a.m., mile marker W. I-10 – A caller was concerned about a male who was walking along the road without a shirt and with red pants in his hand.

1:16 p.m., 100 block of S. Main Street – A caller was concerned about the number of chairs on the sidewalk in preparation for the Christmas light parade later that evening.

3:52 p.m., 300 block of Schweppe Street – A caller reported his motorcycle’s license plate had been stolen. The caller was unsure when it had occurred but only noticed earlier that day that it was missing.

4:15 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported that when she was dining at a restaurant, someone slashed on of her tires in the parking lot.

December 3

10:48 a.m., on Stahl/Blanco Road – A caller reported that their vehicle had been damaged in a hit-and-run accident. A second caller was a witness and provided further information.

11:48 a.m., 600 block of W. Bandera Road – A male and female who were with a child were reported to be at the entrance of the store, asking people for money.

11:57 a.m., River Road/Main Street – A caller was concerned and wanted to speak with law enforcement about three males who were at the parade the previous evening.

3:08 p.m., on Main Plaza – A caller reported a male was refusing to leave the location. The caller suspected the male may have been intoxicated or on drugs.

4:05 p.m., 600 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller was concerned about a person driving a van around the Home Depot parking lot, asking for money. The driver even pulled up to people exiting the store to ask.

5:05 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – An employee reported a male subject was coming in and out of the location, yelling and cursing.

December 4

3:31 a.m., 1600 block of River Road – An employee was concerned about a transaction with a customer. The customer had purchased almost $600 worth of items and used gift cards to pay before quickly leaving. The employee had been made aware of an instance at another location where gift cards had been purchased with stolen bank cards.

9:38 a.m., 100 block of Mesquite Street – A caller reported his license plate had been stolen. The caller was unsure where or when it had occurred.

11:07 a.m., 37000 block of E. I-10 – A caller reported her credit card was being fraudulently used at a different location.

2:33 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – An employee reported a male was upset the location would not accept his return and was threatening to walk out of the store with a new item.

3:11 p.m., 33000 block of W. Interstate 10 – A caller reported they witnessed someone steal from an RV at their location.

December 5

1:35 a.m., 100 block of Southglen Parkway – A caller reported an individual was driving around the neighborhood, honking their horn nonstop.

5:29 a.m., 200 block of Ryan Street – A caller reported his roommate started beating him up. Despite sustaining some bruises, the caller denied EMS assistance.

4:01 p.m., 1000 block of River Road – A caller wanted to report banking fraud.

8:37 p.m., 100 block of Benton Drive – A caller suspected a male in the area had tossed a weapon into the nearby water. The caller provided a visual description of the male and his vehicle.
