Both the Geneva School of Boerne boys and girls soccer teams were in action last week and hosted Brentwood Christian. The Eagles beat the Lady Bears lastTuesday, 5-1, to remain undefeated this year at 4-0.
Geneva’s match with Center Point scheduled for last Thursday was postponed. The Eagles will next play at the Lutheran South tournament this coming weekend.
In Tuesday’s match, Alex Doran, Sofia Griffey, Trinity Cloud, Mary Simpson and Hadessa Hochart all tallied single goals vs. the Bears.
Geneva boys
The Geneva boys were in action last Tuesday against Brentwood Christian and lost to the Austin school, 3-1, to drop to 0-2 this year.
Geneva’s match at TMI – Episcopal set for last Thursday was cancelled and the Eagles were scheduled to host Cornerstone Christian on Monday of this week in Boerne.
