The Boerne High boys soccer team claimed another district title Tuesday night on the road at Canyon Lake.
BHS defeated the Hawks 4-0 to stay perfect in district at 10-0. They are 18-2-1 overall and host Great Hearts Northern Oaks Friday as part of a doubleheader with the girls team.
The Boerne boys play at 5 p.m., followed by the girls at 7 p.m.
It’s the fourth straight district title in a row for the boys team and they did it with two matches left in the regular season.
After Friday, the Hounds are off for a week for spring break and then play Bandera on Monday, March 21, to close out the regular season.
In Tuesday’s match, Sam Theiss recorded 2 goals, Landon Murphy and Bear Kelly both knocked in single goals and Kelly also finished with an assist.
