Both the Greyhound and Charger tennis teams were in action last week at the San Marcos Gold Tournament and had solid results in both singles and doubles.
For BHS, Justin Koth took 2nd in the A draw boys singles, Connor Brown came in third in the A draw boys singles, while in mixed doubles B draw, Garrett Stevens and Erin Durham were 3rd.
Serena Ross came in 3rd in the girls singles A draw, Chloe O’Connor took 2nd in girls singles A draw and Eleanor Stokes and Sophia Norwood teamed up for 3rd in girls doubles A draw.
For the Chargers, Avi Gallegos won the girls singles A draw, Lauren Kenworthy and Serena Sharma were 2nd in girls doubles A draw and Sophia Raimondo took 1st in girls singles consolation A draw, while Cameron Zapata won the girls singles consolation B draw.
Also, in the boys doubles B draw, Lleyton Mabrito and Quinn Gummel placed 3rd.
