LAW ENFORCEMENT The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT

NOVEMBER 8

3:24 a.m., 600 block of W. Bandera Road – An employee requested law enforcement come and check out the location after seeing a male entering one of the sheds hours earlier.

6:05 a.m., at Herff Road/Esser Road – A cement truck broke down in the left-turn lane at the intersection. The truck had 75,000-80,000 pounds of cement in it. The intersection was temporarily shut down while a tow truck retrieved the vehicle.

5:37 p.m., 32000 block

 of W. I-10 – A caller reported a woman who drove onto the property without a driver’s license or insurance. The woman was attempting to access a storage unit that was not under her name.

7:10 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A store manager reported a theft that occurred the prior Saturday.

7:31 p.m., 600 block of W. Bandera Road – A pickup truck was reported to be doing donuts in the parking lot.

7:35 p.m., 1500 block of S. Main Street – A manager reported a vehicle that had left after stealing some tools from the location.

NOVEMBER 9

8:42 a.m., 500 block of Adler Road – A local citizen came in wanting to discuss the graffiti issue in Boerne.

10:24 am., 1200 block of S. Main Street – A woman came in to report that she had received a phone call saying her electronic devices had been hacked.

12:20 p.m., mile marker 541 E. I-10 – A caller reported an SUV had run into the back of the caller’s 18-wheeler. This accident occurred on the interstate and traffic was temporarily halted.

12:42 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – An emergency services notification system alerted local law enforcement of a stolen license plate.

5:44 p.m., 100 block of Cherry Lane – A caller reported a large amount of artificial turf had been dumped on her street. The caller was concerned about the area becoming a dumping ground for others.

NOVEMBER 10

2:04 a.m., 800 block of Johns Road – A caller reported a male with a hoodie who had a drill or some kind of tool, next to the dumpster.

8:36 a.m., mile maker 543 E. I-10 – A vehicle was pulled over for a traffic stop. A probable cause search ensued, and the individual was detained.

10:33 a.m., 600 block of N. Main Street – An employee reported all four of her tires had been slashed while she was at work.

3:19 p.m., 31000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported a male was parked in the corner of the parking lot. The caller said the male was acting erratic and had a sign on his vehicle. The male began dry heaving and talking to himself.

3:42 p.m., on Upper Balcones Road – A call

er reported a male who got out of a vehicle that had severe frontend damage and got into another vehicle, with a firearm in his hands.

7:35 p.m., on River Road/Esser Road – A caller reported a two-vehicle accident occurring. Dispatch noted that one of the vehicle occupants was yelling. A leg injury and a head inj

ury were reported. An ambulance was called and transported the driver to the hospital. Two wreckers were called for the vehicles.

NOVEMBER 11

5:54 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A store manager reported that someone had stolen almost $200 worth of merchandise earlier that day.

6:27 p.m., 200 block of Branson Falls – A caller reported that someone had told him there was someone behind the caller’s residence, in a ditch, in a black hoodie.

11:06 p.m., 100 block of City Park Road – A caller reported that his

 teenage son had been jumped earlier in the evening. The caller said he wanted the matter documented.

NOVEMBER 12

12:57 a.m., on Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported that an individual was harassing him and hitting his trailer. The caller told dispatch both he and the individual were drunk.

11:38 a.m., 500 block of N. Adler Road – A caller reported people doing donuts in the soccer fields. Law enforcement found that it was vehicles getting stuck in the mud trying to leave Sunday morning soccer games.

1:21 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – An employee reported another employee who had been fired for ongoing shoplifting.

3:10 p.m., on Upper Balcones Road/ Knoll Springs – A caller reported a single- vehicle accident, where the driver had lost control of the vehicle and hit a telephone pole. The caller said the driver had sustained a head injury. The electric company was notified, and EMS was contacted.

NOVEMBER 8

8:56 a.m., 600 block of Rio Cordillera – A caller reported a teenage male had run across his property. The caller was worried the male had been assaulted by his older sibling. The caller said he did not witness the incident but had heard about it from his housekeeper.

1:49 p.m., 100 block of Platten Creek Road – A caller reported one of her child’s classmate’s fathers had threatened her. The caller’s child and

 another child ha

d gotten into an altercation on the bus, resulting in a verbal argument between the parents.

2:32 p.m., 500 block of Cordillera Trace – A caller wanted to report a theft that had occurred out of state. The caller had contacted the jurisdiction the theft had occurred in, but they referred her back to Kendall County law enforcement.

10:19 p.m., 31000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported an intoxicated woman was refusing to leave the location. The caller said the woman was sitting in the driver’s seat of her vehicle. Law enforcement came to the location and the woman was taken into custody.

NOVEMBER 9

12:05 a.m., 100 block of Ranger Creek Road – An accident involving a motorcycle and a deer occurred. The driver was in the middle of the road, possibly with a broken leg. EMS was contacted in addition to other emergency services.

8:36 a.m., 500 block of Cordillera Trace – A caller reported her property in another state had fraudulently been sold.

8:58 a.m., 100 block of Alpine Trail – A caller reported she had arrived home to find her house unlocked and disheveled. She said she had been absent from her house for a year while dealing with medical issues but was sure she locked the house prior to leaving.

1:23 p.m., 300 block of W. Hwy. 46 – A propane truck was re

ported to have flipped over on the side of the road. Luckily, no injuries resulted. An infrastructure pole was reported to have been knocked down.

3:57 p.m., 100 block of Mallard Drive – A caller reported he had received threatening messages and graphic photos via text message.

4:42 p.m., mile marker 524 E. I-10 – A two-vehicle accident was reported. One of the occupants reported suffering an injury to his ribs and leg and was unconscious at one point. An ambulance was called to the scene.

8:14 p.m., 1400 block of Rodalyn Drive – A husband reported that his wife had received a sexually suggestive text from a food delivery driver after their food was delivered.

y Lane – A caller reported seeing someone in the parking lot going from vehicle to vehicle to check if the doors were open.

NOVEMBER 10

10:26 a.m., 10000 block of North Creek Road – Three goats and their babies were taking a Friday morning stroll, getting in their steps.

1:57 p.m., 100 block of S. Wagon Wheel Drive – A caller reported that someone had possibly killed her dog. She explained that her dog was let out during the night and then the next morning 

she found him dead. She was unsure if he had been shot or if he had injured himself.

4:41 p.m., 1100 block of FM 1376 – Inspired by the other goat’s motivation for getting in their steps, this group of goats was also taking a walk… but towards the barbecue restaurant.

10:47 p.m., 100 block of

 Brandenburg Court – A caller was concerned about their neighbors who had loud music playing, were drinking and were shooting off guns. A second caller reported the same concerns. Law enforcement contacted the perpetrators and were advised they were about to go to bed.

NOVEMBER 11

8:40 a.m., 200 block of Rio Cordillera – A caller reported they had trapped an armadillo and were requesting that animal control come and pick it up.

10:06 a.m., 100 block of Jennifer Drive – A motorist reported a sports car appeared to be involved in a wreck. The driver of the vehicle had done around 20 feet of damage to the property owner’s fence.

12:23 p.m., 100 block of Platten Creek Road – A caller reported a skunk they had shot and were concerned about it being rabid.

7:00 p.m., 100 block of S. FM 3351 – A caller reported he had left the residence and turned off all of the lights before leaving. The caller said some of the lights in the residence were on, even though no one was supposed to be there.

8:52 p.m., 200 block of Navarro – A caller reported a person going door to door, claiming to be with a security company. The caller had contacted the security company who told them they would never send anyone door to door.

NOVEMBER 12

10:03 a.m., 10000 block of North Creek Road – Apparently all of the goats are getting excited for the holiday season. This group of goats was rearing and ready to go holiday shopping and took off.

10:10 a.m., FM 1376/Wasp Creek – A cow wanted to join the goats for their shopping trip but got told by its owner to go back home.

10:19 a.m., Staudt Street – A caller reported they had purchased a vehicle from someone who was now refusing to give the title to the caller.

11:22 a.m., 300 block of Broadway – A caller reported that someone asked him to drive to a certain location and then stole the caller’s vehicle. The caller added he suspected the individual was driving around looking for drugs. When law enforcement arrived, the individual had returned with the vehicle.

10:22 p.m., 10000 block of Johns Road – A vehicle’s security system automatically contacted emergency services after being involved in a severe vehicle accident. One of the occupants of the flipped vehicle was reported to have suffered a head injury and was bleeding. An ambulance was contacted.
