Two on ballot for Fair Oaks Ranch council seat

Two candidates are on the December 9 ballot in Fair Oaks Ranch, seeking to fill the vacant City Council Place 3 seat.

Vincent Caldarola and Ruben Olvera filed by the Oct. 30 deadline for a spot on the ballot.

The winner will fill the seat vacated Sept. 22 by former Councilwoman Michelle Bliss, who left council for personal reasons.

Whoever prevails will serve out the rest of Bliss’s term, which expires in 2025.

Early voting runs Monday, Nov. 27 through Tuesday, Dec. 5 – except for Sunday, Dec. 3, when polling is closed -- at both the Kendall County Courthouse annex in Boerne, at 221 Fawn Valley Drive, and the Fair Oaks Ranch Police Department public safety training room, 7286 Dietz Elkhorn Road in Fair Oaks Ranch.

December 9 Election Day voting will occur in the Fair Oaks Ranch P.D. public safety training room.
