Kendall County Judge Shane Stolarczyk Nov. 9 signed an order lifting restrictions on outdoor burning in the county.
With the agreement of Kendall County Fire Marshal Jeffery Fincke, Stolarcyzk “has deter- mined that drought conditions within the county no longer pose an imminent danger” to county residents health and safety.
