MOMIX, a company of dancer-illusionists under the direction of Moses Pendleton, has been presenting work of exceptional inventiveness and physical beauty for 40 years, information from Boerne Performing Arts stated.

“MOMIX transports audiences from their everyday lives to a fantasy world through its trademark use of magical lighting and imagery,” a press release stated. “With nothing more than light, shadow, fabric, props, and the human body MOMIX continues to astonish and delight audiences on five continents.

From its base in Washington, Connecticut, the company has developed a worldwide following. MOMIX has thrilled fans in more than 22 countries and has been featured on stage, screen and television.

Information states Pendleton trains creative and innovative dancers with strong classical and contemporary technique to combine athletic dance, riveting music, outrageous costumes, inventive props and pure talent to create an entertaining multimedia experience that will surprise, enchant and astonish.
