Chapman’s commitment to protect our natural resources, fiscal responsibility, quality of life and county integrity makes him an ideal candidate for Commissioner of Precinct 3. His door is always open to listen to, and work with, the citizens of Kendall County to make informed decisions that benefit all of Kendall County.
