Boerne-Champion High School Senior Rebecca Spade recently earned a bronze medal at the 2022 UIL Young Filmmakers Festival at the University of Texas. Spade’s traditional animation film “Longing” was one of only six finalists in that category. There was a total of more than 600 entries in the competition. Submitted photo
