Geneva falls in four sets to Angels
The Geneva School of Boerne hosted Corpus Christi Incarnate Word Tuesday night in Boerne and fell in four sets to the Angels.
The Corpus Christi school took Tuesday’s match, 25-21, 25-17, 13-25, 25-22.
Geneva slips to 14-13-2 overall and 3-2 in district play.
The Eagles hosted Veritas Academy Thursday in Boerne for its third straight match at home.
They’ll hit the road Tuesday to visit Schertz John Paul II and then play at Hill Country Christian Oct. 10 before beginning play at the district tournament scheduled to start Oct. 12 and continue through Oct. 24.
