Champion homecoming parade set for Oct. 2
Champion High School will host its annual Homecoming parade on Monday, October 2 beginning at 6:30 p.m.
There will be a full road closure on Blanco Road from Main Street to Esser Road from 6-7 p.m.
Following the parade, there will be a community pep rally at Boerne ISD Stadium, which will include the traditional “Burning of the C” and a fireworks display.
The Chargers will host Seguin in their Homecoming football game at 7 p.m. Friday Oct. 6 at Boerne ISD Stadium. Officials extend thanks to the city of Boerne as well as Kendall County for their support and assistance in helping the parade be a success.
