Gail Anne Goodin Callaway of Comfort passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at the age of 71 years.
Gail Anne Goodin was born on July 21, 1950, in Norman, Oklahoma, to Floyd and AnnaBell Rose Goodin.
Gail spent several years in Cotulla running a business alongside her husband. She had many friends and a deep love for animals. She was involved in animal shelter volunteer work and she had a kind word for all those that knew her. Her door was open for anyone that needed to talk and she never met a stranger.
She loved her family with her whole heart and she will be missed by everyone that knew her.
Gail Goodin Callaway is survived by daughter and spouse JerriLynn and Brian Cobb of Comfort;two grandchildren, Haley Cobb of Comfortand Sushanna Cobb of Comfort; and the father of her children, Jerry Callaway of Comfort.
Graveside services and interment will be held on Monday, January 10, at 10 a.m. in the Comfort Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be given in her memory to the charity of your choice.
