It probably wasn’t the return Errington was looking for after the Lady Chargers, led by new coach Kelly McDaniel, defeated the Lady Warriors in four sets, 25-14, 26-24, 20-25, 25-22.
Champion improves to 16-10 overall. They were off Tuesday and open district play Friday at Veterans Memorial.
In Friday’s match, Brielle Boothe and Raylynn Pitts both finished with 10 kills each and Briley Wolff added 9 kills.
