The Boerne High volleyball team was on the road Friday and dropped the first set to South San but rallied to win the next three.
BHS won the match, 21-25, 25-18, 26-24, 25-12. They are 16-8 overall and visit Ingram Friday before opening district play Friday at Davenport.
Ava Rocchio finished with a double-double and tallied 16 kills and 11 digs to go with 1 block, while Paige Stegall added 12 kills and 2 blocks and Kynsie Jones recorded 9 kills and 4 aces.
