Boerne Champion continued district water polo Saturday with a doubleheader against Marshall and Health Careers at Northside for the boys and girls teams.
Both Charger teams swept their matches and picked up 2 district wins. The Champion boys are 9-0 overall and 3-0 in district, while the Lady Chargers are 8-1 overall and 2-1 in district.
In its first match of the day, the Champion girls picked up its first district win of the year against Health Careers, 12-6, while the Champion boys handled Health Careers, 23-8.
Later in the day, the Champion boys beat Marshall 22-4 and the Lady Chargers battered the Lady Rams, 21-7.
Champion is at it again Saturday when they play Brandeis and Churchill at Northside.
