Comfort at Geneva tourney, also faces Owls

The Comfort volleyball team played at the Geneva Tourney in Boerne last week and played six matches and went 0-4-2. They are 10-8-2 overall.

The Deer lost to New Braunfels Christian Academy, 26-24, 26-24; split with Schertz John Paul II, 26-28, 25-13; split with TMI Episcopal, 25-18, 22-25; lost to SA Saints, 25-22, 25-16; lost to Geneva, 25-17, 25-21 and lost to Keystone, 25-17, 25-21.

Comfort vs. Hondo Hondo hosted Comfort last week in a non-district tussle and finished off the Deer in straight sets.

The Lady Owls won the match, 25-14, 25-10, 25-22.
