Boerne High varsity and JV cheer squads went to Universal Cheer Association camp at the University of Texas in Austin this summer.
Varsity cheerleaders earned UCA’s highest daily award of gold superior or 1st-place ribbons for all categories; sideline/cheer and dance.
In the finals, they received 1st-place All-Around in Game Day, 2nd-place Sideline, 2nd-place Cheer and 2nd-place in Dance. Additionally, they received spirit sticks every day.
