The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. JUNE 07
1:47 p.m., 100 Blk Lake Front – A caller reported that someone had hit their rock wall with their vehicle and then left tire tracks across the caller’s front yard. The caller informed dispatch that the incident had occurred at some point during the afternoon or early evening, the prior day.
2:31 p.m., 33100 Blk E I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle driving down the interstate with a flat tire. The caller provided dispatch with where the vehicle was headed. The caller explained to dispatch that he had seen the driver parked in his yard, and when the caller asked the driver if everything was okay, the driver took off.
2:39 p.m., 539 MM W I-10 – A concerned caller reported a vehicle with no license plates and a suspicious driver. The caller told dispatch the driver looked suspicious because he had neck tattoos.
6:14 p.m., 1200 Blk S Main – An employee called in to report a patron who was screaming profanity and using threatening body language. The employee requested that a law enforcement officer come to the location and make a report.
7:01 p.m., 100 Blk Old San Antonio – An individual with Bexar County law enforcement contacted Boerne PD regarding a homicide investigation being conducted by Bexar County. The individual was reaching out because a possible subject was carrying around the victim’s ID.
8:53 p.m., Johns Rd/Cibolo Branch – A caller reported a baby goat that was running down the road before it very politely stopped at the intersection. The caller further reported that some kids were attempting to catch the goat. The caller did not want to stay for the festivities and drove away.
JUNE 08
2:42 a.m., 1400 Blk River – A caller reported two drunk men at the location next door. The caller reported that one of the men threw a beer can and one of the employee’s vehicles. Another beer can was thrown and almost hit one of the employees.
9:40 a.m., 100 Blk Herff Rd – A concerned caller called in to report a vehicle driving with two children unbuckled in the vehicle. The caller reported that the two children both appeared to be about two years old.
10:18 a.m., 100 Blk S Main – A resident reported that the metal roofing had been stolen off of her shed.
2:35 p.m., 1500 S Main – A store manager reported that a male and female walked out of the store with a generator and left the location. The manager told dispatch which direction their vehicle left.
3:36 p.m., 1300 Blk S Main – An employee reported females attempting to steal electronics and female hygiene products. While speaking with dispatch, the caller was stopping the females from leaving. Law enforcement came to the scene and one of the females was detained.
8:10 p.m., 1000 Blk Diamond – A caller reported a male who was walking around the area, looking through windows. The caller felt that this was suspicious and also provided dispatch with the male’s possible address.
JUNE 09
11:47 a.m., 100 Blk S Main – A caller reported an irate customer at a location. The caller was with law enforcement and was presumably requesting assistance.
12:31 p.m., 400 Blk W Bandera Rd – A manager called in to report an employee who was stealing from the restaurant.
12:52 p.m., 1300 Blk S Main – A two-vehicle accident occurred. The accident was blocking the roadway until the vehicles moved off of the road. A tow truck was required for the vehicles.
7:04 p.m., 700 Blk River – A caller reported a hit and run accident that had occurred an hour prior.
8:29 p.m., 300 Blk Kilmarnock – A caller reported an instance of fraud. The caller explained they had provided the funds for a concert, but the tickets were never provided. The caller added that they had reached out multiple times but had stopped receiving messages.

JUNE 07
4:26 a.m., 539 MM W I-10 – A woman called dispatch, crying out for help and then the call disconnected. When dispatch called back, a male answered the phone and hung up. After pinging the location of the call, dispatch again reconnected with the woman, who began yelling again before the call disconnected. Local law enforcement made contact with the situation and a male was detained.
9:59 a.m., 529 MM E I-10 – A concerned caller reported a minivan that was parked in the wrong direction in close proximity to the interstate. The caller expressed concern that the driver would go the wrong way on the interstate. Law enforcement made contact with the driver. The driver said he had stopped to take a nap and positioned his vehicle away from the sun – smart thinking!
10:01 a.m., Old Fredericksburg Rd/ Ralph Fair – Bexar County Sheriff’s Office contacted Kendall County Sheriff’s Office to report an instance of road rage involving a firearm. The vehicle had driven into Kendall County.
12:11 p.m., 527 MM E I-10 – A single vehicle rollover accident occurred, and the hood was reported to be smoking. EMS and the Comfort FD were contacted. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle but reported suffering pain in her head. A tow truck was called for the vehicle.
5:29 p.m., 500 Blk Lindner Ave – A business owner reported an issue with trespassing. He reported that two individuals had been asked to leave for an hour-and-a-half and were refusing. The owner further reported that he had discovered they had been there since the prior evening. He was concerned because they had attempted to get into the office.
JUNE 08
2:05 a.m., 900 Blk Front St – A suspicious vehicle was reported. Law enforcement made contact with the driver of the vehicle and discovered he had run out of gas and was waiting until the morning to refuel. Another vehicle appeared suspicious, and the driver was found to be sleeping in his vehicle. Additionally, there was a suspicious male reported to be behind the property. The male was found to be doing some work for a neighbor.
2:10 p.m., 2000 Blk FM 473 – A caller with TXDot reported that someone had told them a vehicle had been swept off the road as a result of the rain. A different caller from TXDOt called in and corrected the information, reporting that there was a vehicle that had broken down in the road.TXDot was requesting a tow truck for the vehicle, which had two feet of water in it. The vehicle had stalled while crossing a water hazard.
4:32 p.m., 300 Blk Spanish Pass Rd – A concerned caller reported a vehicle roughly 30 yards behind the gate. The caller suspected someone had pushed open the gate and driven the car onto the property. Law enforcement investigated the matter and found that the driver was working on the property.
9:23 p.m., 800 Blk FM 473 – A caller reported that a gate was open, and cattle were getting out. The cattle were hustling and roughly 20 had already gotten out! Animal Control was involved with a different matter and said they would follow up the following day with the adventurous cows.

9:01 a.m., 100 Blk Cravey Rd – A caller reported terroristic threats they had received via Facebook. The caller reported that she had gotten into an argument with an individual on the buy/sell page on Facebook. The individual told the caller he would contact the caller’s job and blow-up place of employment.
10:05 a.m., 900 Blk E Hwy 46 – A caller reported someone had told them a male was following around the cashier outside and walking back and forth in front of the store. When law enforcement arrived, the male was gone but the business was told to call if the individual returned.
11:26 a.m., 500 Blk Alamo Rd – A caller reported that someone had hacked into her computer and her phone and gotten her personal information. The caller reported that the hacker had begun using the caller’s information.
3:15 p.m., 522 MM E I-10 – A passing driver reported a vehicle rollover accident that occurred. The vehicle was reported to have rolled multiple times, onto the shoulder of the interstate. A second caller reported that the occupants of the vehicle had exited the vehicle and appeared to be okay. EMS was contacted and law enforcement spoke with the driver.
6:31 p.m., 300 Blk Upper Cibolo Creek Rd – A caller reported his firearm had been stolen two weeks prior.
8:34 p.m., 1100 Blk Hwy 87 – A caller reported a vehicle going down the road with its brakes smoking. Comfort FD was contacted. A second caller reported that the fire had grown, and the wheel was now on fire. Gillespie FD was contacted to provide assistance. It was reported that the vehicle’s brake line was on fire and spreading to the grass. The roadway was temporarily shut down and the fire was successfully extinguished.
