LAW ENFORCEMENT
The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff ’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. 11: 37 a. m., 800 Blk N Main – A caller’s vehicle was hit in the parking lot. The owner of the vehicle yelled at the caller and then left the scene.
2:03 p.m., Lattimore/W San Antonio – A caller reported an older vehicle that had been parked in the area since the prior morning and had not moved. The caller had not seen any activity near the since then either.
2:45 p.m., 100 Blk Braeburn – A caller wanted to report that someone had falsely opened an account using the caller’s name.
3:28 p.m., 400 Blk Huntwick – A resident requested additional patrol after he saw a male going around the neighborhood, knocking on different doors. The resident noted the incident occurred the prior evening.
6: 42 p. m., 37000 Blk W I- 10 – A caller reported a naked male near the basketball courts at Northrup. Maybe he disagreed with the uniforms? Regardless of his reasoning, the male was taken into custody.
JUNE 06
2:08 a.m., 37000 Blk E I-10 – A male was detained and taken into custody after a probable cause search was conducted after a routine traffic stop.
8:14 a.m., School/Johns Rd – A hit and run accident occurred. A truck hit the caller and then left the scene. The caller got the vehicle’s information and reported it to law enforcement.
9:38 a.m., Sky Rose Ranch Rd – A resident wanted to report an unknown person tampering with her gate. Later that day, the caller wanted to report that her gate was intentionally damaged and was broken.
4:06 p.m., 2600 Blk FM 473 – A caller reported an aggressive cow on his property that would not moo-ve on. The caller had been dealing with the cow for over a year; however, the cow didn’t belong to him. He was requesting assistance from Animal Control.
4:24 p.m., 100 Blk Mark Twain Dr – A loose goat was roaming around the side of the road.
4:46 p.m., 100 Blk S FM 3351 – A caller reported a white truck that spun out in the rain and went through a fence. The caller reported that he thought he saw a male walking around the truck and noted that the male may be the driver. EMS was called to the scene. A sign was damaged and TXDot was notified.
