The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. 10:24 a.m., Staudt St – A caller reported that someone at the location would be filing a false sexual assault claim. The caller noted to dispatch that they were no longer in the area.
11:17 a.m., 35000 Blk E I-10 – A two-vehicle accident occurred. One of the vehicle’s occupants was complaining of a head injury. The vehicles were temporarily in the road, blocking traffic. EMS was called to the scene to provide medical assistance.
1:35 p.m., Main/Johns – Another two-vehicle accident occurred. One of the drivers told dispatch that the other driver had run a red light, resulting in the accident. No serious injuries were sustained.
5:10 p.m., 400 W Bandera – A caller reported that someone hit her vehicle while she was in the grocery store.
7:12 p.m., 540 MM E I-10 – A caller saw a vehicle they believed to be connected to an Amber Alert out of Houston. The caller provided a description of the driver and the license plate to law enforcement. The child was found.

12:16 a.m., 33000 Blk E I-10 – An individual was detained after they consented to a search during a routine traffic stop. A tow truck was called for the vehicle.
9:43 a.m., 100 Blk S School – A caller reported a power line that was on fire. Boerne FD was called to extinguish the fire. Boerne PD was then needed at the scene to conduct traffic, because the traffic light had gone out.
9:54 a.m., 400 Blk N Main – A caller reported someone was stuck in the elevator at the Boerne Library – everyone’s nightmare. The fire department was contacted and after approximately 15 minutes, the woman was removed from the elevator.
12:46 p.m., 100 Blk Old San Antonio Rd – A caller reported a 3-year-old running around the property with only a dog for supervision. The caller did not see an adult in the area. Dispatch said law enforcement would come to investigate.
3:10 p.m., Main/Market – A driver reported that someone threw something out their vehicle’s window, and it had hit the driver’s windshield and broken it. The caller said he was covered in glass and had a few small cuts but did not require medical attention.
3:20 p.m., 100 Blk Old San Antonio – A caller reported that there were two people in a vehicle on his property that were refusing to leave. While the caller was speaking with dispatch, the individuals
drove away.
7:47 p.m., 100 Blk Cimarron – A caller reported that his ex-girlfriend had sold his firearm without his permission.

5:19 a.m., 200 Blk Cibolo Crossing – A caller reported a van driving around their neighborhood, pulling into different residential driveways. The caller told dispatch the van did not make deliveries. The caller told dispatch which direction the van headed in.
2:30 p.m., Herff/Green Meadows – A caller reported a water leak near a fire hydrant, resulting in a five-foot high water leak. The water subsequently had to be shut off.
3:58 p.m., 300 Blk Oak Knoll – A concerned resident reported a van that kept driving slowly around the area. The resident was concerned because the van had been driving around for 10 minutes.
4:21 p.m., 400 Blk S Main – A caller reported that someone keyed the caller’s truck. The caller explained that when he confronted the individual who keyed his car, the individual kicked him. Law enforcement came to the location to handle the situation.
4:44 p.m., 200 Blk Rosebud – A caller reported receiving an email from a bank regarding a new account that they had not applied for. The caller had been advised by the bank to file a police report.
5:29 p.m., 400 Blk W Bandera – A store manager reported that a woman was attempting to steal $300 worth of merchandise from the store. The woman had two kids with her. The woman asked to be let go because her husband was in law enforcement, and it was a mistake. The woman was detained and taken into custody.

7:31 a.m., 100 Blk Old San Antonio Rd – A caller told dispatch that law enforcement had been on his private property the prior day and had used a code to get through the gate. The caller was seeking the code they had allegedly used. Dispatch told the caller they would not provide him with the code and the caller was not amused.
2:33 p.m., 400 Blk S Main – A three-vehicle accident occurred. All three vehicles pulled over onto a side street. Luckily, no injuries occurred.
2:45 p.m., 100 Blk Enterprise – A caller reported that two dogs had gone on a Sunday adventure and were running around. The caller told dispatch he was giving the dogs water. Animal Control began pursuing the dogs. Realizing their afternoon jaunt was coming to an end, the dogs headed home.
4:44 p.m., 1600 Blk River – A caller reported non-residents in the location’s pool area. The caller told dispatch she had asked them to leave, and the group had gotten rude and began yelling at her.
5:32 p.m., 100 Blk Lina Lane – A caller reported her husband had heard a gunshot earlier that afternoon. The caller told dispatch she had found damage from the round that they believe was fired.
9:00 p.m., 200 Blk Rosebud – A woman called in to report harassment by juveniles. The woman had reported the juveniles for harassing her dog and putting trash in her bin. The juveniles retaliated by keying her vehicle.

8:24 a.m., 400 Blk Ebner – A caller reported that three of their vehicle’s tires had been slashed.
9:03 a.m., 400 Blk W Bandera – A caller reported finding needles with a substance in them. The caller wanted to provide them to law enforcement.
10:58 a.m., 100 Blk City Lake – A probable cause search was conducted during a routine traffic stop.
12:59 p.m., 525 MM E I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle driving down the interstate, with the trunk open, swerving in and out of traffic and speeding. The vehicle exited the interstate and was pulled over by law enforcement. Law enforcement conducted a probable cause search, and the individual was detained.
3:18 p.m., 1300 Blk S Main – Two minors were caught shoplifting from the store. The store had attempted to make contact with one of the minor’s parents but was unsuccessful. The store wanted to press charges against the minors.
6:14 p.m., 100 Blk Old San Antonio Rd – A concerned mother reported that her daughter had recently been assaulted by her boyfriend. The mother was concerned for her daughter’s safety as the boyfriend had recently been released on bond from jail.

5:42 a.m., 100 Blk Blue Ridge – A caller reported a repeated issue with a solicitor who was refusing to leave. The caller told dispatch they had asked the individual several times throughout the night to leave but they had refused. Law enforcement arrived at the scene and the individual was detained. A tow truck was called for the individual’s vehicle.
10:09 a.m., FM 1888/Green Kingdom Rd – A caller reported an 18-wheeler had flipped on its side. The driver reported experiencing facial injuries and chest pain. The vehicle required a wrecker.
10:23 a.m., 500 Blk Mountain Creek Trail – A woman reported that her vehicle had been totaled in September 2022, yet she was receiving toll bill. She was unsure whether someone else had been driving the vehicle, or if someone was using her license plate.
11:06 a.m., 100 Blk Ranch Dr – A cow was reported to be going for a morning adventure! When law enforcement attempted to locate the cow, she successfully hid and carried on with her adventure.
11:15 a.m., Greyhound Lane – A mother reported a text her son had received regarding a mass shooting occurring at school. The caller reported another social media post regarding the mass shooting threat. Law enforcement contacted the mother and provided her with additional information.
5:36 p.m., 200 Blk Acker Rd – A caller reported hearing shots fired between two males after they were arguing. The caller noted to dispatch that there was a naked male, holding a gun.
4:40 p.m., Voss Pkwy – A caller reported being approached by students and being informed that they had heard about a student doing a school shooting the following day. Boerne ISD was made aware of the information.

7:55 a.m., 100 Blk Winchester Dr – A caller reported needing assistance helping a cat make the most of its nine lives. The cat had gotten itself stuck in the food bowl holder on a crate and even the caller could not help it get out.
11:32 a.m., 2000 Blk FM 473 – A two-vehicle collision occurred. One of the drivers was stuck inside the vehicle and was eventually extracted. The other driver faced injuries and was taken to the Boerne ER. The vehicles were blocking the roadway and FM 473 was temporarily closed down. An AirEvac was initially called but was subsequently
cancelled.
1:03 p.m., 100 Blk Oak Forest Dr – A caller reported two men who came to his door and then the caller told them to leave. The caller noted to dispatch that the men left on foot five minutes prior to him calling. The caller later contacted dispatch to report that one of his neighbors had a business card from the men, stating they were with a tree trimming business.
4:01 p.m., 300 Blk Seventh St – A caller reported his steel weed eater, estimated at $400, was missing and had been stolen.
6:43 p.m., 600 Blk Esperanza – A caller reported that two younger girls had been approached by two men driving a minivan asked the girls if they needed a ride.
9:57 p.m., 300 Blk Park Ridge – A caller reported her daughter had taken her vehicle and the caller’s purse was in the vehicle. Law enforcement located the vehicle, and the daughter was detained.

12:54 p.m., 100 Blk Old Blanco Rd – A baa-d lamb had escaped and was walking down the side of road. The caller was concerned because the lamb kept wandering in the road.
4:07 p.m., 300 Blk N Hwy 87 – A caller requested assistance from law enforcement regarding a male, dressed in dark clothes, on the side of the road.
5:01 p.m., 10 Blk S FM 3351 – A motorcyclist was involved in an accident. The caller reported the male was still laying in the road, and they had to remove him from the road. EMS was contacted to provide medical assistance.
9:38 p.m., 523 MM E i-10 – A caller reported a vehicle that hit a sign at the interstate exit. The vehicle had pulled over but was not blocking the roadway. The caller told dispatch he saw the driver door open but did not see anyone in the vehicle.
11:02 p.m., N Hwy 87 – A caller reported a male who was bothering customers and lingering in the store. The caller noted to dispatch that the male had been known to steal.
MAY 27
11:44 a.m., 537 MM W I-10 – A caller reported a two-vehicle accident. Both vehicles continued driving, and the caller followed them. The vehicle that had been hit eventually pulled over and the damage was examined.
12:10 p.m., 529 MM E I-10 – A cow who had just seen the new Fast and Furious movie was living vicariously through the drivers on the interstate.
1:55 p.m., 100 Blk Blue Ridge – A staff member called in to report a male who had a stick and was refusing to leave the store. The male was threatening the store manager; however, the male’s specific words were at an inaudible volume and slurred. While on the phone with dispatch, the male left the store.
2:59 p.m., 52000 Blk E I-10 – A caller reported a repeated trespassing issue. The caller reported that two males and a female were on his property and were being uncooperative.
8:37 p.m., 300 Blk River Forest Dr – A concerned caller reported five vehicles that parked across the street from a vacant lot. The caller was aware the property owner was out of state. Law enforcement made contact with the property owner, and it turned out the drivers were allowed to be there.
8:55 p.m., North Creek Rd/Cypress Creek Rd – A caller reported a male sitting in the middle of the road, with bags. Law enforcement arrived at the scene and detained the male, who was uncooperative.

2:26 p.m., 100 Blk River Oaks Rd – A caller reported his former stepdaughter was harassing him on social media.
3:57 p.m., 1000 Blk E Blanco – A caller reported a male who was at the caller’s front door, yelling at her husband. The male said he was upset because someone had taken pictures of his van at an RV park.
5:31 p.m., 100 Blk Fabra Oaks Rd – A resident reported hearing a domestic dispute occurring. Specifically, the caller noted hearing a male and female yelling at each other, with a lot of swearing involved. Law enforcement came to scene and one of the individuals was detained.
7:03 p.m., 100 Blk Emerald Hill – A disgruntled caller reported his neighbor’s dog was coming over to the caller’s property. The caller said the dog began circling him and he shooed the dog away with a blow torch. The caller informed dispatch that he was concerned about the safety of his daughter and his neighbor seemed indifferent to the matter.
8:22 p.m., 10000 Blk North Creek Rd – Six cows were standing on the side of the road, judging everyone’s scandalous Sunday activities.
11:16 p.m., 500 Blk E Blanco – A caller reported two juveniles breaking into a building. One of them was lifting the other into a building through the window. The caller noted they had heard metal or glass breaking and that caught their attention. Law enforcement came to the scene and handled the situation.

9:05 a.m., 600 Blk Front St – A caller contacted law enforcement regarding an attempted kidnapping that occurred in Comfort. The caller believed the alleged perpetrator was about to leave the country.
12:28 p.m., 100 Blk Summit Trail – A caller reported someone shooting in the area. The caller wanted law enforcement to make contact with them.
12:50 p.m., 1900 Blk FM 1376 – A caller reported they were still being harassed by an individual. This was an ongoing issue. It was recommended the caller change their phone number.
3:23 p.m., 100 Blk Edge Falls Rd – A resident reported that people had been repeatedly trespassing on their property. Apparently, the trespassers were using the restrooms on the property and parking illegally.
9:21 p.m., 100 Blk S Oak Bluff Blvd – A caller reported a large snake in their kitchen – a slithering emergency!
