Rieken named Comfort Athletic Director and head football coach

COMFORT – Longtime assistant Jay Rieken has been named as Comfort High’s new Athletic Director and Head Football Coach.

Rieken replaces Brandon Easterly who held the position for the past five years. After stints in Kermit, Pecos, Gregory- Portland and Uvalde, Rieken has been with Comfort for the past 16 years, serving as Offensive Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach and Head Boys Track Coach.
