BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT

APRIL 30

12:42 a.m., 100 Blk Ravencrest – A resident reported seeing a fight occurring on the road amongst four adults. The caller told dispatch that it appeared to be two males and two females, and children in a vehicle in close proximity. While the caller was on the phone with dispatch, the group dispersed but dispatch noted even they could hear the group through the phone. Law enforcement was called to the scene and EMS was then contacted for one of the males being highly intoxicated.

10:28 a.m., 100 Blk Hampton Bend – A business owner reported that one of her customer’s “cussed her out” and threatened to leave negative review for the business.

11:32 a.m., 540 MM W I-10 – A two-vehicle accident occurred. Multiple people called in to report the accident – one of which reported the driver was reckless. One of the vehicles was reported to be smoking, with the driver being entrapped. The interstate was temporarily shut down. At least two parties involved were taken to the hospital. One individual was taken into custody.

12:40 p.m., 400 Blk W Bandera Rd – A concerned caller reported a red suitcase on the side of the road, near the interstate bridge. The caller reported there being airline tags on the suitcase but was “afraid to touch it”.

6:00 p.m., 400 Blk W Bandera Rd – A caller reported a man filming her in her vehicle. The caller confronted the man about recording her and the man did not respond to the caller.

10:11 p.m., 1000 Blk Diamond – A father reported two males following his minor daughter and her friend and were taking pictures of them.

MAY 01

1:06 a.m., 200 Blk Latigo – A caller reported a drone that had followed him from the interstate and was now flying around the caller’s neighborhood. Dispatch noted the caller did not want to provide an address.

9:59 a.m., 538 MM W I-10 – A suspicious caller reported a shirtless male, sitting on the hood of this truck.

4:54 p.m., Ivy/Moss Rose – A caller reported three teenagers who were recording the caller and messing with her trashcans. Once the caller had contacted law enforcement, the teenagers ran away but then proceeded to go through people’s backyards, chasing the deer.

5:23 p.m., 31000 Blk W I-10 – A caller reported they had dropped off their vehicle at a dealership. The caller informed dispatch that the dealership employees were telling the caller that his vehicle had been stolen from the dealership.

6:06 p.m., 100 Blk Woods of Boerne – A resident reported a male driving around the neighborhood, slowly. The caller was concerned because the male had exited the vehicle and gone up to several houses.

10:19 p.m., 100 Blk Roeder – A caller reported that a former employee had stolen some expensive tools from the caller.

APRIL 30

8:37 a.m., Waring Welfare/FM 473 – A caller reported two black cows standing in the middle of the road, debating where they wanted to go for breakfast.

9:30 a.m., Sky Rose Ranch – A resident reported that a male came on her property during the night and opened all her gates. Subsequently, all the resident’s horses got out. Luckily, the resident had rounded up her horses and successfully got them all back.

2:01 p.m., 100 Blk Waring – A caller reported five-to-six calves at a location. The caller had contacted law enforcement because he felt the calves were being neglected and wanted law enforcement to investigate.

2:06 p.m., 524 MM E I-10 – A caller informed dispatch that an issue had begun when a male’s vehicle had scraped the caller’s vehicle and the male did not pull over. The caller had gotten the male to stop. The male responded by coming at the caller with a knife.

8:20 p.m., 800 Blk FM 289 – A driver reported four to five cows walking alongside the road. The driver attempted to wrangle the cows but to their property, but the cows were determined for a fun night out and ran away.

KENDALL COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE MAY 01

8:27 a.m., 100 Blk Blue Ridge – A manager reported that someone had come and cut one of the residence’s drain hoses. The owner of the RV’s hose was not as intent on filing a report, but the management wanted to document the incident and request additional patrols at night.

9:07 a.m., 100 Blk Lantana Hollow – A caller reported a moving company had stolen one of their pieces of furniture. The moving company had been unable to complete the move in one day and had taken the moving truck back to their headquarters. It was the following day that the caller noticed the piece of furniture, valued at roughly $950, was missing.

10:17 a.m., 100 Blk River View Dr – A caller reported that his firearm had been stolen and he knew who did it.

3:51 p.m., Whitworth/Skyview – A caller reported three calves and a longhorn going down the road. The caller told dispatch which ranch the caller suspected the animals came from. The animals, unconcerned, kept going in the opposite direction.

8:01 p.m., 542 MM W I-10 – A single-vehicle rollover accident occurred. The driver faced serious injuries and was having difficulty breathing. The interstate’s exit ramp was temporarily closed. EMS was contacted and provided medical assistance.
