New board chair to lead chamber through 2022

Two-thousand-twenty-two has already been a busy year at the Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce! We’ve already held our annual awards gala, numerous ribbon cuttings and some awesome Boerne After 5 mixers. Our team is looking forward to bringing back our pre-COVID events schedule this year, including numerous networking events, the Boerne Business Conference and much more!

We’ve already held our annual awards gala, numerous ribbon cuttings and some awesome Boerne After 5 mixers. As we enter 2022, I’d like to thank our outgoing board chair, Jo Lynn Fisher with Ebensberger-Fisher Funeral Home, for her outstanding leadership in 2021. We are excited that Robb Weller with Jefferson Bank has agreed to serve as the Boerne chamber’s board chair in 2022. Robb’s professional career includes 22 years in the banking/financial services industry, and he is involved with numerous nonprofits in the Kendall County community.

The Boerne chamber is excited to partner with Boerne ISD again to bring back our annual State of the School District event, presented by our friends at Ford of Boerne! This is an always-popular event honoring the school district’s teachers and support staff of the year. Attendees will also hear district updates from Boerne ISD Superintendent Thomas Price and enjoy lunch from Smoke in The Hills BBQ at the Cana Ballroom. I hope to see you there on March 3 at 11 a.m. Visit our website at www.boerne. org to purchase your tickets.
