The Boerne High boys soccer team didn’t have any problems in its firstround playoff tilt Friday night in Dripping Springs.
Boerne faced Burnet and beat the Bulldogs, 8- 0. The Hounds are 23- 3- 2 overall and played La Vernia Tuesday as part of a double header with the girls team at Comalander Stadium in San Antonio. All 8 goals were assisted after Sam Gonzales and Ballenger recorded 2 assists apiece, while Jess Gonzales, Shae Gonzales, Bear Kelly and Bain all picked up 1 assist each against the Bulldogs.
