LAW ENFORCEMENT

The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT

February 1

8:41 a.m., 32100 block I-10 W.- A man reported the front and back license plate on his 2016 Ford F450 were stolen.

9:48 a.m., 200 block Maxwell- A woman received a text the night before which led her to suspect she was targeted for sex trafficking.

12:10 p.m., 38835 I -10 W.- A woman could hear a couple fighting from Morningstar Storage.

6:06 p.m., 1000 block N. Main St.- A woman was concerned about a bike left lying in a parking lot, suspecting something bad may have happened to a child.

7:58 p.m., 121 W. Bandera Rd.- A juvenile girl was taken into custody during a traffic stop.

Officers also conducted 11 security checks, made 28 traffic stops, assisted the public 15 times, removed two traffic hazards and worked two false alarms, one non-injury accident and two reckless drivers.

KENDALL COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

February 1

8:49 a.m., 10 block Joe Klar Rd.- A woman reported a former client refused to leave her location.

11:12 a.m., 543 MM I-10 W.- A woman was transported to the emergency room after she was found unconscious from crashing her vehicle into a median.

5:25 p.m., Wild Turkey and Coterie Place- A woman tried to get an 80-year-old man off the streets after he hit her with his vehicle the day before. She wasn’t sure he should be driving anymore.

7:37 p.m., 300 block Front St.- A woman reported her grandson’s cousin stole $40 from her wallet.

Deputies also made 20 traffic stops, assisted the public 12 times and worked four reckless drivers.
