Alejandro Enrique Saldana Mota y Velasco

Alejandro Enrique Saldana Mota y Velasco, 95, passed away peacefully on Feb. 19, 2023 in his home in Fair Oaks Ranch, TX. He is survived by his wife, Guadalupe Fuente Saldana, and 3 daughters: Josephine Rodriguez; Ana Maria Furseth; and Theresa A. Blain. He also is survived by his 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren while preceded by 3 grandchildren and many brothers and sisters. Alejandro (Alex) was born June 5, 1927, in Aguas Calientes, Mexico to Eladio and Ofelia Saldana. He became an American citizen about 50 years ago, and lived the American dream by becoming a successful entrepreneur. He was an outstanding salesman primarily because of his charisma, and good-humored nature. He was always a good sport, and loved to golf and play poker with his buddies. His motto was “never give up!” He will be sorely missed by all.
