Boerne High

The Boerne High tennis team played at the Wimberley tournament last weekend, but many didn’t finish the tournament because they left early to attend the 4A girls state semifinals basketball team in the Alamodome that day.

For those who stayed, Garret Stevens and Jacqueline Kornet took second in B mixed doubles, while Ben Rowe and Justin Barraza, along with Sam Gonzales and Jess Gonzales both reached the finals in the boys doubles consolation but haven’t played the match yet, according to coach Tyson Stewart.
