For thea first time this season, the Boerne Champion girls soccer team played to a draw.
The Lady Chargers hosted Kerrville Tivy on Tuesday and battled the Lady Antlers to a 2-2 tie.
Champion is 4-6-1 overall and 2-1-1 in district. They visited Pieper on Friday and host No. 1 state-ranked Smithson Valley Tuesday.
Tivy jumped out to a 2-0 lead but Champion rallied and tied it.
Carsyn Bradley put the Chargers on the board to make it 2-1 and then Addison Huber converted a penalty kick late in the second half to tie it up and avoid the loss.
Maddie Micale and Lola Vaughan were both in goal for the Chargers.
