Members of the Boerne Champion and Boerne High swim teams competed at the regional meet held Monday and Tuesday in College Station and the Chargers had several qualify for next weekend’s state meet. The top finisher in each event advances to state, while the next eight fastest advance to state as call-ups regardless of region. The event was supposed to be held last weekend but was moved to this week after the icy conditions last weekend.
