The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff ’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. 7:56 a.m., 100 Blk Medical – Several of the fire extinguishers had been removed from the apartment complex and there was white powder on the road that had been driven through.

8:28 a.m., 33000 Blk I-10 E – A caller reported shooting at the house behind hers. She was concerned because of the close proximity to her house.

4:35 p.m., 31000 Blk I-10 W – A male had plugged in an extension cord inside the store and had it running to his car. He had been asked to leave multiple times. This was not the first time this had occurred with this individual.

6:08 p.m., 100 Blk Old San Antonio – A male was reported to be intoxicated and threatening an employee. The male hit the employee with his cane and then left the location.

6:27 p.m., 1300 Blk S Main – A caller reported three teenage girls stealing well over $100 worth of makeup and self-care products.

NOVEMBER 22

3:46 a.m., 100 Blk Waterfall Court – A caller reported the one of her family members stole her dog and moved to a different state. The caller needed evidence regarding the matter picked up from her house. The caller also stated the FBI had been notified of the matter.

8:00 a.m., 200 Blk Fawn Valley – The panic button was triggered at a local office. The office was called and everyone assured they were okay – the button was faulty.

10:39 a.m., 37000 Blk I-10 E – A caller was reporting fraud on his credit card.

1:49 p.m., 537 MM I-10 E – A caller reported that a vehicle rollover accident had occurred; however, they also saw someone was exiting the vehicle. A wrecker was called for the vehicle.

3:04 p.m., 1300 Blk S Main – An employee called in that a customer had stolen over $70 worth of merchandise.

8:06 p.m., 1300 Blk S Main – A female was detained for attempting to shoplift almost $50.

NOVEMBER 23

9:09 a.m., 100 Blk Richter – A caller reported their roommate had stolen some of their items.

11:22 a.m., 100 Blk Old San Antonio – A vehicle had been stolen during the night. It was last seen the previous night and had been stolen from the location.

1:18 p.m., Old San Antonio – A caller was reporting an item stolen from his room. The item had a location tracker but the individual at said location could not be reached.

3:37 p.m., 200 Blk Parkway Terrace - A male was reporting being cyberstalked. Although the incident had occurred in San Antonio, he was told to call local law enforcement because the alleged perpetrator resides in Boerne.

4:16 p.m., 400 Blk W Bandera – A caller reported his wedding band, wroth roughly $6000, had been stolen.

5:29 p.m., 200 Blk Hampton Run – There was an outside disturbance involving three males and two females. The females were trying to break up the fight amongst the males. Two of the individuals left, the others went inside. There was no further disturbance.

8:30 p.m., 200 Blk E Theissen – A caller reported his brother’s vehicles had been stolen.

NOVEMBER 24

5:24 a.m., 100 Blk City Park – The bathrooms at City Park had been vandalized.

NOVEMBER 25

7:59 a.m., 100 Blk Old San Antonio – A caller reported there was individuals shooting at her trailer with arrows.

10:14 a.m., 1300 Blk S Main – A male wanted to report that his boss had stolen money from him. The boss was also present when this matter was being discussed. Shortly thereafter, the caller cancelled police assistance with the matter.

11:22 a.m., Staudt St – A woman called in stating a man was threatening to forcefully pick up a woman residing on her property.

4:59 p.m., 100 Blk Old San Antonio – A man reported his vehicle was stolen. After looking into the matter, it turned out the vehicle had been towed.

5:08 p.m., Esser/River – A vehicle with teenagers was driving around, and the teenagers were shooting water guns at other vehicles.

NOVEMBER 26

1:13 a.m., 31000 Blk I-10 W – The vehicle owner was alerted his vehicle was being broken into. There was a hole in the window covering that set off the alert.

2:16 p.m., 1300 Blk S Main – A husband was reporting that while shopping the prior day, his wife was initially not allowed to leave the store because the store stated she hadn’t paid, even after she showed them her receipt. She was also hit with shopping carts a few times.

5:49 p.m., 100 Blk Wickersham – A caller reported that, during the night, the back window of her vehicles was shattered.

8:17 p.m., 100 Blk Old San Antonio – A concerned caller reported receiving phone calls from an unknown and individual. The caller had additional concern because a vehicle had followed her from her work location in San Antonio, to Boerne. She also called SAPD, but they explained they could not help her because she was no longer in San Antonio.

NOVEMBER 27

11:32 a.m., 100 Blk Coyote Circle – A resident reported smelling a rotten egg smell from outside, but not coming from their residence. They were concerned it was a gas leak. The fire department was unable to locate a gas leak.

11:39 a.m., 33000 I-10 W – A caller reported a family disturbance occurring. The child, a toddler, was in the front yard by herself. The caller then reported they weren’t hearing yelling anymore but instead loud banging.

1:51 p.m., 1300 Blk S Main – A male with a sword was harassing females in the parking lot. He had been there for around 3 hours. The man was yelling at women for wearing certain types of clothes.

4:12 p.m., 100 Blk Old San Antonio – A man approached a woman while she was playing with her son outside. She brought her son inside but the man remained parked outside her building.

5:07 p.m., 37000 Blk I-10 E – A caller reported being approached by a vehicle while her was using the ATM. The driver and passengers told the caller to get money from the ATM in order to purchase jewelry from them. When the caller refused, the vehicle left.

NOVEMBER 21

3:37 a.m., FM 1376/Walnut Grove – Two vehicles were involved in an accident. Although a wrecker was needed, no injuries were reported. One of the drivers admitted fault, everyone exchanged insurances and everyone continued with their night.

6:13 a.m., 100 Blk Ranch Dr – A caller reported a vehicle with someone inside that had been parked on their road for a while. It turned out be an Amazon driver trying to catch some sleep before the holiday rush.

9:07 a.m., Guthrie Rd – A caller reported their prescriptions, one of which was a controlled substance, had been stolen while they were at a wedding. The caller was unsure who took the prescriptions.

12:17 p.m., Hwy 46 E/Rust Lane – Two vehicles were involved in a serious accident. One of the vehicles rolled over and the driver was trapped. The other vehicle was on the other side of the guard rail and in a ditch. The entrapped driver was extricated from the vehicle and given medical attention.

1:35 p.m., 100 Blk Mark Twain Dr – A caller reported her medication had been stolen from her vehicle. The prescription bottle contained over 50 pills.

4:55 p.m., 537 MM I-10 E – Two vehicles were involved in a rollover accident. One of those involved had a serious head injury. In the other vehicle, all 3 passengers were injured. Medical attention was given to those who were injured and the scene was cleared.

NOVEMBER 22

1:10 a.m., 400 Blk Sixth St – A woman called in because she heard a woman crying out for help. The woman had slipped and fallen but did not require EMS. The responding deputy helped the woman up, and, upon her request, followed her home to ensure she arrived okay.

7:32 a.m., 1300 Blk FM 1376 – A caller reported a deceased donkey tied to a fence on the side of the road. Animal Control was notified of the situation.

8:13 a.m., 2700 Blk FM 473 – A vehicle flipped and was on the side of the road. The driver was mostly okay, with only minor cuts. A fence was damaged and the property owner was notified.

10:29 a.m., Allen Rd – Some teenage girls got into a physical fight. None had weapons; however, a window was broken and one girl had cuts and a bloody nose.

11:37 a.m., 31000 Blk I-10 W – A sheep on the loose and kept running in the road.

8:22 p.m., 100 Blk Cibolo Pass – A caller reported someone discharging a firearm on their property and killing a deer. The caller did not know who it was.

11:37 p.m., 537 MM I-10 E – A woman believing she was being followed on the road, called in to report the matter. After discussing the matter with law enforcement, it did not seem as though she was being followed.

NOVEMBER 23

5:10 a.m., 300 Blk Deer Creek – A woman called to report that someone was trying to break in to her house. The security system went off and the woman had a firearm. The commotion must have scared off the burglar. Law enforcement did not see anyone in the area when they arrived.

8:13 a.m., Timber Mountain/River Mountain – Two large two dogs made a run for it and started wondering around the neighborhood. They initially could not get back into their yard due to the fence.

11:51 a.m., 400 Blk E Hwy 46 – A single vehicle rollover accident left debris all over the road.

2:36 p.m., Green Kingdom/FM 1888 – There was a head on collision involving two vehicles. One of the vehicles was still in the middle of the road and a wrecker had to be called.

4:22 p.m., 100 Blk Rio Brazos Dr – A caller reported over 30 rounds shot from a firearm. He was unsure of which type of gun it may be.

4:53 p.m., 543 MM I-10 E – The driver of an 18-wheeler called to report that another vehicle had hit him and driven off. He explained there was no damage to his vehicle but he wanted the incident documented.

9:18 p.m., 10000 Blk Johns Rd – A caller reported a driver who had wrecked into a fence. Based on his interaction with the driver, the caller believed the driver may have been intoxicated. Medical personnel did not find the driver to be intoxicated or injured. Additionally, there was no damage to the fence.

NOVEMBER 24

12:22 a.m., 100 Blk Daniel Dr – A caller reported a possible gunshot they had heard. An older vehicle had also left around the same time and the caller suspected the vehicle may have backfired and that was the noise he heard.

5:04 a.m., 100 Blk FM 474 – A caller reported a minivan that appeared to have run off the road into a fence. However, no one was in the vehicle or surrounding area.

7:58 a.m., 200 Blk Rodeo Dr – A male reported the front and rear rims of his truck had been damaged.

1:38 p.m., River Ranch Road/Smokey River – The airbags were deployed in a vehicle wreck that hit an electric pole. Possibly two children were in the vehicle. Medics were called to the scene.

11:52 p.m., 526 MM I-10 E – An 18-wheeler and vehicle got into a tussle. Both drivers were stopped and the incident was discussed. It turned out the vehicle had swerved to avoid hitting the 18-wheeler and had run off the road. There were no injuries and no vehicle damage.

NOVEMBER 25

2:09 a.m., 100 Blk Remington Dr – A caller reported a male outside his house. The male was telling the caller his house was not secure and shining flashlights in the caller’s house. The male entered another building on the caller’s property. A caller at a nearby house, also reported someone standing outside their house. Local units requested help from SAPD to assist with the search. It was found the two males used a stolen vehicle.

9:40 a.m., 100 Blk N FM 3351 – A male was reported to be walking down the side of the road. It was suspected that he was one of the suspects from the previous report. The male was read his rights and detained.

10:12 a.m., 1000 Blk FM 473 – Almost a dozen goats got out for a morning stroll to burn off their Thanksgiving dinner!

5:02 p.m., 537 MM I-10 E – A truck rolled of the highway and past the access road. One of the passengers stated they were having chest pains. Medical support was requested. There were also animals in the vehicle and Animal Control was contacted.

10:51 p.m., Haag Rd – A woman reported her ex-boyfriend assaulted her. Because they do not live in the county, she was told the contact SAPD if she was assaulted again.

NOVEMBER 27

10:51 a.m., 1000 Blk E Hwy 46 – A caller reported a suspected fire on a structure. Local fire departments were called to the scene but after investigation no fire was found.

11:52 a.m., 100 Blk Flat Rock Dr – A woman reported her mail being stolen. She was especially concerned because she was supposed to have received a money order.

4:05 p.m., 100 Blk Cibolo Pass – A caller reported that some of his fencing had been removed and items on his property had been messed with. The caller believed it may be a neighbor but was unsure. Law enforcement said they would extra patrols of the area.

10:55 p.m., 524 MM I-10 E – A car was damaged after swerving off the road and into a ditch. One of the callers stated the vehicle rolled three times. The driver was bleeding from the leg and had other injuries. She was given medical attention.
